THE BEST!
I have severe plantar problems in both feet and for several years have tried many different types of insoles without much success. The secret of these insoles is that they give the same support to your arches, but have a groove along the sole that allows your plantar to stretch while you walk without been squashed by the supports, thus allowing to walk without aggravating your plantar. This insole has been life changing for me and I can't recommend it highly enough.

High Arch? Tired Feet?
Been having trouble with aking feet especially the soles as I have high arches. I went to a chiropodist and bought some insoles after having my feet scanned for £30 a pair. Needless to say I was ripped off, no wonder she drives a Mercedes. Anyway decided to give these a go and am very pleased. Not only are they good quality for £7.99, I was sceptical though, they are helping no end. My feet and legs ache far less and my lower back pain is much better. I also bought a pair for my son who works in retail so on his feet a lot. He says they are comfortable and stop his feet aching. Just ordered another 2 pairs for different shoes. A great buy...

Comfy
Easy to trim to size. Feel nice on the foot arch.Deducted one star, as I wish there was a flocked/fabric coating to them. When pushing my foot into my trainer, my sock gets stuck on the plastic coating and creates a wonky sock.Would buy this brand again, but with a different coating.

Fit snuggly into shoes.
This product helped my feet not to roll which it felt like they were doing, however before long the lining came away on the in step and I developed some calluses, it may be that they are not suitable to be worn all day at work. However they were comfortable up until that point.

I can walk without pain!
Having suffered with plantar fasciitis for a couple of months, my knees, hip and back were beginning to ache because I was hobbling to nurse my foot. These insoles have not cured the plantar fasciitis, it still hurts when I get out of bed but with the insoles in my shoes I can walk normally which is easing the stress on the rest of my body.

Bought 2, thinking, what could go wrong with a pair of inlays?It doesn't fit any of my shoes...... Well, it fits my shoes, but then I don't fit in my shoe anymore 😂 I had one pair of shoes that was a size too big for me, so tried that, and they fit, but really hurt, so I'm never buying these things on line again👎🏻

Good quality but a little big!
Too big to go into my shoes, however my daughter managed to fit them into her school shoes by removing the inner sole. Not so convenient to swap into different shoes! The quality was good!

Insoles
My son suffers badly with his knees and increasing these, they have helped a fair bit and takes some if the aches and pains he's suffering both in his feet, ankles and knees
