These were packaged nicely in branded boxes. Each camera was in excellent condition - no marks or scratches. They all work like new. It is a great price. I bought the package of five to add to the ones I already had so they would all work on the same app.

Cameras fail to stay connected to the network even when they are within 10 feet of the base station.

Owning these type SNH Samsung cameras for about 6 years now I consider myself somewhat experienced with setting these cameras up, and once successful they usually work well, but out of the batch of 5 refurbished units I purchased only two set up with normal effort, two are still resisting, and even when set up do not perform without fail.How the fifth behaves remains to be seen ...Out the gate these come with an old firmware, not sure why that is, as these are (freshly?) refurbished, but all four that I worked with so far came with an outdated 1.00 version on them, whereas a 1.04 version is available, so all need to be updated to the newer version, which does not make things easier.But even if they are successfully connected to a wifi network, registered in the SmartCam app by Hanwa, they still are behaving glitchy and loose connected, even sitting next to the router. Not sure what's up with that, but if this behaviour persist they'll go back for replacements.What a hassle ...

Best part no monthly fees for these cameras unlike my othersMotion detection, night vision and choice of quality pictures. have them through out house and can tell when someone is moving or comes to a door. even when not home.

Great quick solution for economic video monitoring, nothing complicated or complex

None of the 5 units would go through the last part of hooking up.They all failed to register. Tried it many times while resetting the units and go through all the motions several times. Waste of time. They were reconditioned, however, not good enough to pass.

Refurbished items but work well for my needs. Thank you.

the quality is good, connectivity can be tricky but if you want to configure motion alerts your phone will not stop ringing with false alerts.
