My boyfriend makes a lot of steak and every now and then I enjoy some bacon. I hated that we had a grease covered stove and my teapot was a mess every time. I checked my local Walmart once but I couldn't find as splatter shield and my boyfriend had never even heard of this so he was no help finding it haha! I ended up buying one online as a joke (but useful) gift for his birthday. I am glad I found and got this one. It is very sturdy and does its job like a pro! My boyfriend just has to get used to using it.

This thing is worth every penny! I use it at the barn to filter debris from my 150 gal. horse water trough. Been using it every day and it still looks brand new. Design is solid - no bending - and the screen is still perfectly attached. If it can hold up in my barn, it’s sure to be overkill in your kitchen! 👍

This splatter screen is very sturdy and well made, it has a 13 inch diameter but worked well on my 9 inch pan. I had very little splatter, unlike the last time I panned sautéed chicken, where I had a splatter fest. The only minimal splatter occurred when I was putting the food into the hot oil in the frying pan, and of course the splatter screen was not on it at the time. I like how the handle is flush with the screen, and it was very easy to clean, I just used soap and water (don't own a dishwasher).

My old one was flimsy, the coating was peeling, & it was warped. I have used the new one several times now and I love it. I have washed it both at the sink as well as in the dishwasher. I'm really impressed by it - wish I had thrown out my old one long ago!! It appears to be well made & sturdy - I can't see having any of the same problems that I had with my old one - and I expect this one will last a very long time. Very pleased.

I don't fry very much, but in cooking meat, sometimes it splatters. I bought the 13 inch screen because my largest skillet is 12 1/2 inches. This screen fits all my skillets and pans. I put it in the dishwasher after using and it came out brand new.

This is a great splatter screen! Mesh is fine enough to stop most grease from getting thru but very sturdy and cleans quite easily with soap and a rag or sponge. The metal feet on the one side allow you to flip the screen over onto your counter or stove top without getting grease from the screen on them. I lost the first one I bought when I moved and didn't even look at any other one but just reordered the same screen again. You won't be disappointed with this screen!

This was surprisingly very sturdy with a strong handle. Large enough to cover my largest pan. Used for frying ham and had no grease splatters anywhere. Goes in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. Would highly recommend.

I fry meat all the time, especially bacon and sausage, and this splatter screen has made clean up SO much easier. I only wish I had bought it sooner. This one is really good quality and the perfect size for large pans as well!
