Good quality, beautiful and good price.Edited review after 6wks of use: The quality of the materials are unremarkable. Snugg has become my favorite since years ago and has keep his quality standards in the materials and manufacture since then. My problem is with the dimensions of the cover. I really loves the fact that I can keep the pencil in it’s place, magnetically attached and charging with the cover. The magnetic strap of the cover gives to the pencil a second line of security, reinforcing and keeping it in its place. I really think that with this, there’s no need to have an additional pocket or place to carry the pencil because the magnet is strong enough to keep it in place (if it is correctly placed) and the strap keep it that way. BUT, the problem is not the pencil or the strap, The problem is the width between the two covers of the cover. (Sorry for the redundancy). Even with the pencil set in place, the width between the covers is too wide and does not allow it to fit properly. This makes the device to be turning on and off(consuming battery life) depending of where the top cover makes the contact, which will depend on multiple factors (such as the position in which it was handled or if it was used in typing or landscape when you have to fold the top cover, when it returns to its original or closing position, it tends to fall through the middle, where it was the folded while the ends are raised) In the pics is clearly seen the space that it has in excess. It’s the first time I have an issue with a Snugg product and they are always my first choice for iPads. Anyway, I will be checking their website to see if they have an upgraded and improved version and to let them know. Hope it helps.

This is my second Snugg case. The first case was for an older iPad and it worked well, still like new after almost 3 years.I bought the new iPad Pro 12.9, Snugg did not offer a case at the time. I purchased a FYY leather case. The FYY case is a nice , well made case. However, with the Apple pencil the closure does not provide good security for the pencil. Based upon that, I purchased the Snugg which has a much better magnetic closure and secures the Apple pencil MUCH better. The fit of the Snugg case is excellent as was the FYY.EDIT REVIEW. I wrote the above review right after I receive it. Now that I have used it for a couple of weeks I need to revise my review. The cover has a built in holder. The problem is the holder sticks out a bit which allows the cover to rock. When the iPad is on the table and something is placed on top of the iPad, the cover can rock resulting in the screen to power up. This has happened to me a couple of times causing a flat battery.I am not sure how to contact Snugg, but this is a problem, that Snugg needs to fix and exchange my current cover!

Update #2 I received several new cases today so I have to say I have received EXCELLENT customer service! Snugg did everything they could do to make this right. I do feel like the cases that I received today fit better than the one I returned. Overall I am very pleased with the new case and its very stylish and looks great on my IPad.Update #1 I am adding two stars to my review because customer service contacted me today and thinks that I must have gotten a defective case. They are sending me a replacement so I once I receive the new case I will update my review again.I wanted to love this case BUT.....the case does not feel like it’s securely holding my iPad Pro and that’s a gamble I’m not willing to take with such an expensive product. When you place your iPad into the case it only seems to snap into the two inside corners but the outside corners are not completely snapped into place (I included pics...hopefully you can see what I’m talking about). I couldn’t really find many reviews on this product and I went through many on Amazon and YouTube but since I had previously owned a Snugg case for my iPad Air I thought I would be safe with this one...unfortunately I was wrong.

Snugg makes my favorite cases for the iPad. I had one years ago for a large iPad and then a mini. I waited hoping that Snugg would come through for the new 11" iPad Pro. Although the method of hold the iPad in the case has changed since the earlier models, the design change was probably required because of the Apple Pencil capability, etc. I am thrilled with the new case. It protects the iPad, hold the pencil, and, when open, has a hand strap to hold the iPad securely while I use it for presentations.Downgraded after 3 months use. Leather pealing on one side with careful use. Wondering if I got a lemon or if the manufacturing process has changed since my last Snugg case.

I like this style case and have always had some various of this style on every iPad I have owned for years. While initially the iPad snaps in nicely it has very limited grasp on the iPad and only along one edge and the other 2 corners. That scares me as it feels like the iPad can come flying out if not handled nicely. I prefer a bit more side protection along all the edges. The cases where you slide the iPad in are my preference. Unfortunately in the 12.9 inch model there is only this and 2 other cases that are in this designed that prop up without a ledge in front of the display. For around the house this will probably be fine, but if I travel again I will upgrade to one of the more durable designs out there. Also the propped up the iPad seems to wobble as the flat edge of the case is not very flat. For the price I can live with it, but wish they had a more durable version.

Nice looking design and material. Having the strap for the pen is a good feature. However, the cover won’t close properly due to the handle inside. This makes the package feel a bit ”floppy” when you hold the ipad with the cover closed. The cover will not close seamlessly and there is no smart cover function. If the handle would be embedded deeper the problem would be solved. Otherwise this would be a great product especially for the price it is being sold.

Initially I liked the case however a number of issues came up with use. The case is overly heavy and the retaining magnets for the front cover not strong enough and the on off functionality is not reliable. The Hand holder strap interferes with shutting the cover too. The real problem is the plastic retaining clips are flimsy and easily break rendering the case useless.

Bought this for my new iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2018. The quality is good and the protection it offers, however I do not have the pen, therefore the front cover seems to big and when closed does not hold against the iPad and flops around. Maybe if the pen was attached the closure magnet would be tighter. Find I don’t use the holding strap, therefore this makes it bulky and heavy. It does not have the facility to shut the iPad down when closed either and because the front cover isn’t a close fit, I find my iPad keeps switching on just on handling my iPad, therefore consuming the battery. Will be buying a slimmer case that shuts my iPad down.

This is a lovely quality cover/case/stand. It's very sturdy which is perfect for the weight of the iPad. It looks great too.Highly recommend!

Love my Snugg as always, love the fact the frame has been removed from the new iPad case, good call, only downside is the pencil being at the bottom can be a pain, as I keep knocking it off when I pick it up and sometimes if I hold it that way, but that’s not so much the case it’s me too! Good quality though as always 👍🏿
