I so wish I had ordered this ankle support brace many weeks ago. After wearing an air cast boot for 2 months I still couldn’t walk barefooted without pain. The lace-up corset style ankle brace the clinic gave me to wear out of the cast is a ridiculous pain to put on and take off. It also started to hurt. I didn’t have one shoe I could fit into with it on. My foot is little and narrow. The Small fit perfectly. If I wore really really thick socks I would get a medium. All my shoes fit with this brace on. My injury was from a badly rolled ankle. For this injury, I can 100% recommend this ankle brace.

I bought this ankle brace because of the lightweight and slim design. I played basketball twice a week. Couple weeks ago I sprained my ankle and it took me almost two weeks to recover. After that I was looking for a good ankle brace to allow me wearing shoes when playing basketball. I have tried a few products but they are not providing support to my ankle as good as this one. I wore it twice when playing and it makes me confident for the whole game. I decided to purchase one more for my other ankle. Cool design and nice packaging btw. Highly recommended!

This ankle brace seems well made and lightweight. However, I never could figure out how to apply it to my left ankle, and the video only shows the right ankle clearly. After trying for about 20 minutes I finally got it where I thought it belonged. However, when I put on my walking shoes one of the Velcro tabs rubbed my ankle, which was very uncomfortable. This brace is now in my box of "braces that didn't work." Perhaps the vendor will provide a better video.

I like how the material is thin and velcro is strong. However, the way this brace is cut, slides off the back of my heel and is really hard to get into my sneaker. It's also not very supportive around my ankle, just feels like a compression sock ...

Great Brace for what I expected. I don’t know how it works for sports, but for me, I totally satisfied for what I purchased. I usually do walking and weight training. This little piece provides enough support for my ankle, plus it breaths well and the material is so comfortable. I would say it is a great product for daily fitness.

This is a lightweight support brace. It is a good everyday brace for weak ankles. For me it is great after wearing my ASO or McDavid lace up/side support strap/wrap around the ankle kind of brace. Which holds everything in place for a plantar fasciitis tear or peroneal tendonitis type injury or ankle sprain. This wrap has flexibility to it which makes it more comfortable. It is not rigid.The instructions are not intuitive. Here is how I would describe putting it on: R foot: Put your foot on the wrap as suggested in the instructions. Now hold that wrap to your foot and put your foot over your other knee. Take the two larger tabs (one in each hand) and wrap them around the top of your ankle in opposite directions velcro-ing them in place. Now take the two smaller tabs, one in each hand, stretch them over your arch and wrap those two around your ankle, one in each direction and velco them in place. It is intuitive, try not to analyze it. Good luck!!!

Thin design so it slides right in my Nike Metcons. You have to strap it pretty tight for it even to fit. I recommend sizing up. I'm female, 135 lbs and I had to order a medium. Even with that, you have to strap it pretty tight to get the velcro to line up properly. Also, I have to wear a slightly higher sock (one step up from no-show) so that the ankle wrap doesnt cut into my skin. But the support is great, and I feel a noticeable difference wearing them.

Lightweight easy to use adjustable loved that about it. I have petite foot so it felt wee bit big. I would of liked bit more support on my arch since that is were most my pain is from plantar fasciitis. Could not adjust enough to get wanted pressure on my arch. But I am very picky about constriction on my ankle or leg it can get uncomfortable for me. Overall great product.
