Loving Pets Bella Dog Bowl Canister/Treat Container, Copper

Love this treat container! The stainless-steel interior means it is sanitary and does not hold odors as opposed to plastic. It is still in great shape after 4 years.

The base is very sturdy and I love the stainless steel insert. The lid is plastic, I would have given it a 5 star in each category if the lid was as sturdy as the base. Overall nice purchase and love the design on the base.

We love the Bella dog cookie cannister. It is attractive, well made and the dogs run right to it when they come in.The rubber ring/base keeps it in place and it doesn't slide around. The only wish is that it was a little larger in size.Our old potter jar was rather large around but the lid kept chipping and finally broke. This new one won't do that as the cannister is stainlees and the top is plastic. Very nice product.

After trying this out I ordered a second to have training treats downstairs too! I am super impressed with the seal - the idea of a metal canister with a plastic lid sounds iffy, but it really works. It's kept my soft training treats soft for a month, and yet I don't feel the tug-o-war to open it that I typically feel with other airtight containers. It probably isn't perfectly airtight, but seems to be doing its job quite well. Also..... the dogs know when it's open and forget about it when it's closed. So it's tight enough to provide a scent barrier! The size of the opening makes it easy to grab treats when time is of the essence. The color is true to the product photo - a medium coppery brown with matte metallic finish. Lid has a handsome brushed nickel-looking pull handle. It is a polished looking piece and I enjoy having it sit out on my coffee table as part of my decor.

For $14, it's pretty good. Just a few words of advice:Please, clean or at least wipe it out. There was black residue on the inside of mine.They say "please remove the rubber ring before washing" in such a way that you think it's for the "airtight seal" on the lid. Not true: the rubber ring is on the bottom of the jar to keep it from sliding around. The lid is just a single piece of plastic that fits tight.Anything that is copper colored is actually plastic. The product pictures kind of make it look like the whole thing's metal, but just the interior and maybe the knob are.Keeping those things in mind, though: it seems like it will work well, especially considering it was under $20. It holds a decent amount of treats. We'll see if they keep on the counter.

Great canister for our dogs biscuits. Stylishly made, the color actually matches my kitchen canister set. I only gave it four stars as the lid doesn't seal down tightly onto the container. If it were made of plexiglass with a bit of a gasket around it it would be much better. Otherwise beautiful

NO LID! Ordered no lid, sent back got another one still NO LID. If I don’t get a lid I’m returning and will not order again!!!

Very disappointed. Thought these treats were like the Thrive dried chicken treats you get for cats and they are not. Can’t see anywhere on the Amazon description where it says they are actually chicken jerky. Even more disappointed that trying to return them it says bon returnable. That’s thirteen quid down the drain and I’m a Pensioner!!!!!
