My family absolutely loved this light! We have a very dark and cold living room in the winter and hit and dark in the summer. This light chased all shadows away and lit up our entire living room. It was easy to assemble. We kept it in a corner of our living room so there was never a chance of bumping it. We had it plugged into an outlet that was controlled by a switch. I don't know if that ruined the power supply on the light but it no longer will stay on. It tries then dies. Ugh! I can't tell you how much I miss this light. It died about 6 months ago (purchased in 2019). We were hoping to find a way to fix it and still have it.The light itself is very pretty and interesting to see. It has 3 dimmer settings for your convenience. It is very light weight (back saver!) and does well tucked into a corner so it bounces light on each wall. It also helps protect the light if you have pets. We have 4 large dogs and a cat.I highly recommend this light. There's no need to suffer from dark rooms when you have this in your corner. It's also highly economical compared to using 8 table lamps and still suffer from a dim room. If you do purchase this snag the insurance for it.UPDATE:#1 Purchase the insurance when you buy this light or anything from Brightech. They quickly honor their warranty and fill your home with light again. Our entire light had to be replaced unfortunately but the new one is working perfectly. I am kicking myself for not contacting them sooner. We love Brightest and you couldn't ask for friendlier service. So refreshing! Thank you, Brightech! 🌞🌝🌞

This lamps is bright and cool to the touch, allowing me to bump it up against a plant without worries of a meltdown. One of the nicest features I enjoy about this lamp is how the cord tucks into a slot in the poles, so you don't see a droopy wire. I've also hooked it up to an Alexa friendly outlet, so it turns off and on via voice command.I had some problems getting this. First of all, it was coming from the other side of the country, and due to COVID, some products including this one were shipping slower. When I finally got it I was so exicited, only to learn that it was damaged and missing parts. I contacted Brightech directly (as suggested), at first via phone, only to get a message that due to COVID, please send an email and wait up to a day. I actually heard back quickly, within an hour. They told me that Amazon was not supposed to resend out returned items, but said that it occasionally happens. They took care of ordering a new one for me, and said they would deal with Amazon. I was a bit concerned about how I would return the old one. With the size of the box, about 4' long, and with COVID, I wondered where I could drop this big boy off. They allowed me to destroy it once I got the replacement. The second one took longer to receive than the first one, over 2 weeks I believe. Again, I'm not pointing the finger at Brightech (they've been great!), but rather the slowness in freight shipments thanks to COVID. When I got the second box, it was a bit beat up which had me concerned. Fortunately, this time nothing was damaged and all the parts were there.Assembly went pretty well. The directions were translated from Chinese; the choppy English is always fun. I did have an issue with using the allen wrench on one of the legs. It took me three times to get it right. But I got there. Had it not been for that issue, the install would have been super simple and would have taken 5 minutes.My patience has been rewarded, and I love (love, love) this lamp.

The embrace style lamp is so eye catching & I’ve gotten lots of compliments. I love the soft glow, and love that I never have to change bulbs. The dimming levels are great. I would only use the brightest level if I was cleaning, because it’s very bright. The second level is great for reading. The lowest level is great for ambience if u are not reading. I’m obsessed & wish I had more lamp needs so I could get more of the various BrightTech lamp styles. My dog chewed the cord, and I didn’t know it had a cord hider in the pile at the time. Couldn’t go without this lamp so I bought another. Well worth it & excellent value!

Pros: It's very cool looking. It provides lots of light and for where I have it I put it on it's lowest setting. Affordable for a specialty lamp. Can be a floor lamp or table lamp. Like the floor switch though for where I have it, it's not as convenient as they normally are.Cons: It is very bright and I do wish it had a dial dimmer on it so I can set the brightness level I want and leave it. I have not found anything mentioning how long the bulbs last. And I can only assume it's essentially disposable - when it burns out it will go to the trash as no mention on bulb replacement.Even with the cons, I don't have buyers remorse. It's fun and fixes my lighting issue as one end of my living room seemed so dark and finding a floor lamp that wasn't overwhelming and still provided enough light was difficult. I'm glad I gave it a shot!

Beautiful lamp with three light settings, really gives a room a modern look with the perfect amount of light. Not a typical lamp. It's like an art piece.

I love that this light is unique in its design ... I call it house jewelry because it is lovely and everyone who see it - wants to get one too. I love that it is LED. I appreciate that it has 3 lighting levels. I really like that i can turn it on/off with the foot button. Easy to assemble. I bought 2 lamps and 1 did not work - exchanging the power source help determine that the power cord was defective and Brightech responded promptly to my email and sent a replacement power source overnight. Brightech has excellent customer service - Grace is attentive to problems. Unique lighting makes as much a difference in your home as wall art. Happy Customer!
