As a side sleeper, I need more support than back sleepers. I have ever purchased 2 memory foam pillows, one for me, one for my husband, he is a back sleeper and love his. But it offered no support at all for me, I woke up with terrible neck pain and stiffness in the morning. I refer to some articles on how to choose a right pillow online. I purchase this one as it was described to be great for side sleepers. I have used it for 4 nights. It's 100% supportive with my wider shoulders. I sleep on the higher side, I feel my spine is aligned in a natural position, it does help me relieve my neck pain. My husband tried it for one night on the lower side. He loves it too. I will update my review when it gets more use.

The pillow came wrapped in plastic but had an unpleasant strong odor for weeks..I did get some comfort and my neck and shoulders, But the odor continued, I tried washing the the pillow that when I noticed a huge water stain on half of both the pillow. Pillows were destroyed after washing, I am very unhappy with this purchase and would like a refund.

This is a great pillow. Not too soft or too firm. Only bad thing is the bad smell, takes months to go away

Works ok - super heavy! And it was stinky for almost a month!! I tried everything to make it go away!!

Decent memory foam pillow. Pillowcase looks durable and elegant. I purchase it for a gift for my mother who suffers insomnia for a long time. She loves it so much. Supportive as I expected. She can't sleep without it!

Could be wonderful if it did not emit chemical odor.

At first I didn't like the smell but thought if I put a pillow case on it would help...I did this for three weeks...the smell left and now I won't sleep without it. It keeps my neck and back aligned. It's wonderful!
