Perfect for raising handlebars to get a more upright riding position
Extended quill stems are not nearly as available as I thought they would be. Fortunately I found this product. It is working out very well - no more stiff neck. And the price is reasonable - I bought a second for another bike after being impressed with the first one. I am very glad to have them.

Quality product
About all you can ask for out of a gooseneck is that it holds your bars securely and the screws don't strip out after repeated use. This did all of that. I would buy again.

Had to file off the black paint.
The stem was more than 22.2 mm in diameter. A buyer would probably be ok with the uncoated aluminum colored stem.I had to spread the clamp with a crowbar to get drop-handlebars into it. So be it. It worked.

Does Well
Got the Stem. No problems of instillation. Seems to be plenty high for my needs. Would’ve liked the reach to be a hair longer. But works well!
