I have it on a mountain bike but as long as your seat post/saddle is high enough for it to fit underneath I’m sure it would be fine.

If it is fully loaded it will most likely touch the rear wheel on a full suspension mountain bike.

Affixes to your seat post so if you have a dropper then no but if its static and you have plenty of clearance don't see why not, obviously won't work if you are expecting the suspension to full travel
