I just have to say that Martin Trading did a great job getting this purchase (I actually bought royal blue & red) shipped to me so quickly (Prime). It is the careful and well-packaging with plastic, bubble wrap, another tissue wrapping and cushioned safely in a styrofoam lining of the box itself with a separately plastic wrapped-velvet pouch for the urn ⚱️.The urn itself is exquisitely handcrafted and the colors are rich and really overall well-made. I can’t thank you enough to get these products in the hands of those families who lost so much; it sure is a comforting feeling knowing your loved ones will forever be cherished and memorialized in these beautiful urns. I literally was in tears when I received them (these two ate meant for my parents) with a niche (columbarium) as their resting place 🙏🏼.It saddened me though that when I did the niche fitting, that they did not fit. However, that is on the columbarium facility and nothing to do with these urns. Keep in mind that the widest part of the urn is about 8-inches so take that in consideration and for this place it wasn’t the diameter of the base, which was misleading on their part.I had my heart 💜 set on these beautiful urns and unfortunately I will not be able to use them 😢.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS URN. THEY ARE EXQUISITE & BEAUTIFULLY HANDCRAFTED. I EVEN BOUGHT (forthcoming) THE ENGRAVED ADHESIVE PLATES FROM THE SAME SELLER & NO DOUBT I WILL BE MORE THAN SATISFIED.I am just disappointed that I am not able to use them (I did email Martin Trading) if they can recommend and if they even carry MEDIUM size and am waiting on the response, cz I literally would love it if I can simply just swap them; hoping since my parents were petite adults but “medium” sized urns is not an option in the selection.In summary, BUY THIS URN YOU WILL BE MORE THAN SATISFIED. The urn by the way is threaded and has a good tight seal. I was going to affix those labels (but I’ll just have to figure out another way to use them elsewhere). The crafted birds on the urn is nicely done with the floral borders and to top it off the royal blue & red glazed are so bright and marbleized look; the exact pattern I wanted.Thank you.

This urn is undeniably beautiful and well crafted. We had two small issues though. When we unpacked it the white dust cover inside the beautiful red drawstring bag had a stain on it, which really was of no real consequence, but it was stained nonetheless. Also, the silicone packet inside the urn, I believe meant to keep the inside dry, had broken apart and mixed with the grease used to make the lid of the urn turn easily. Therefore, there was a bit of a mess inside the urn we had to clean up. It really wasn't a difficult clean up, but we did have to do it. Overall though I would recommend this vendor and their products to others. The value and quality are definitely worth overlooking the small issues we experienced.

This urn is for my mother's ashes. It is quite beautiful; sturdy metal, embossed white doves, dark blue background. I received it in less than 3 days; it was packaged very meticulously and was unharmed and in perfect condition. One thing I would like to mention nothing to do with the product itself: I had a hard time getting the bag of ashes into the urn. I didn't want to have loose ashes, so I put the plastic bag of ashes inside the white nylon bag that came with the urn then shaped it until it fit into the neck of the urn. Not sure if that was how it was to be used, but it worked. Thank you for a beautiful and affordable urn.

I had read from some reviews that the product was not well packaged. Believe me it was over-protected from both the seller and from Amazon. It took me a few minutes to unpack and unravel. It has an tight fitting red-velvet bag. I also bought the matching mini Ash-URN and it too is wonderful workmanship and comes with a small black-velvet presentation box (also over-packaged). After seeing many funeral sale's presentations; both urns are in my opinion bargains. The lid screws on tightly, the colors are as I expected from the photos, and they are heavy and feel like quality good!. I am sure that these urns will last for many generations. The sizes were exactly as expected. TG

Picking out an urn for my father was a very difficult thing to do. I searched many sites for several days. I kept coming back to this particular urn. I loved the blue and silver. The price was perfect too. When I received the urn, I was not disappointed. The quality was everything I was hoping for. It had a screw on lid so there was no fear of it opening. There were different sizes available. I chose the large. It was just right for dad. I was very impressed at the quality of this item and the price I paid for it.

It was an amazing urn. It came in perfect timing also. Bought on Saturday and my father passed away Monday morning, and the urn came in Monday afternoon. It was very beautiful. This is an amazing company, and by far cheaper but well made then the funeral home. Most people do not have funds for those expensive kinds at the funeral home, this was just what I was hoping and praying for. I wish I could personally tell this company what respect and love i have for this company, rather then a review. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you

The funeral home with whom we worked didn’t have much of a selection of urns for my mother’s cremains and suggested ordering the urn directly online rather than purchasing it from them. My mom’s favorite color was blue and she loved birds. We looked on Amazon and found this urn that looked as if it had been designed just for her. It arrived quickly and was just as well made as one we had gotten earlier for my mother-in-law that came directly from the funeral home. Thank you.

Ordered the blue cremation urn with the birds for my grandmother who loved the color blue and loved and raised birds all of my life but I received a totally different urn that was different color witch was ok cause I know she would have loved the color even more but no birds and that was a bummer because I know she would have loved the birds.
