Good solution for my new set up. Installed as any outlet would. No complaints.

My wife recently retired and I am converting her small home office into a place to rest and relax.I mounted a television to the wall and bought this combination two power socket and coax cable port with a wall plate to mount behind the television and eliminate unsightly cable and cords in the room.White I am pretty sure that I could do this electrical work myself, I have a friend that is a certified electrician and has all of tools necessary to run wires behind the wall and complete he necessary electrical work without making a mess. Besides, my wife will feel safer if the work is done by a professional.I recommend this product to family, friends, and others who want to place a coax cable outlet and electrical outlet behind their television to hide unsightly cords and cables.Enjoy!

I was able to use this outlet and coax for my flat screen television wall mount area. All of the connections worked perfectly and it was exactly what I needed for my transfer of the power and coax from the floor up the wall to behind my flat screen.

Product seems fine. However seller recommended Carlon BH234R (Old work) for a perfect fit. It's even remotely the right box for this faceplate. Two stars for wasting my time and money.Edit: I'm an idiot it all fits together. Faceplate does not screw directly into box but, into the coaxle and power dangles. Will revise again once it's in. Just wanted to be fair about my initial reaction.

Mounted a 65 inch tv..receptacle box worked perfectly for our needs.

After receiving this, it seemed a little flimsy. Turns out it was cheaper to just by the 3 parts separately at the big box stores (used weather resistant receptacle from Home Depot and a very sturdy cable jack from Lowes). Since this was a covered outdoor installation, needed a more humidity resistant setup. Started to return it, but Amazon was going to charge me about half of what this cost to return it (ended up just throwing it away).
