Beautiful and well made product
Beautiful coffee table tray! Wood is smooth and exact light color as pictured. It is the perfect addition to our ottoman. Seller was also super helpful and responsive in answering questions I had after purchase. I highly recommend this product and this seller.

Good, functioning food tray.
Wanted to use on my lap for eating while watching TV. Perfect.Note: covered in vegetable oil using a paper towel to wipe on/off. Plates left water marks if not completely dry before application. Makes seeing wood grain easier, and looks beautiful.

Extremely poorly made. False product info. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
I am so disappointed with this product, the company that makes it, sells it, everything. For the price, it should be at least put together properly, nicely, decently. Actually, it should have been perfect in every way! They could've at least tried. But, no. I ordered one of these recently. What I received was an insult. A slap in the face. The tray looked so poorly built, I couldn't even believe it. The first thing I noticed: the joining was atrocious! Absolutely horrible. The tray had cracks, chips, scrapes, scratches, edges not finished, not aligned, not attached properly, it looked as it was gonna fall apart at any moment. But, the wood was pretty decent. Nothing special, though. But compared to the other trays I've tried so far, not all that bad. And I liked the design of the tray. The size, too. So I decided to order a replacement thinking this was just a dud. It happens.Well, the other tray arrived today... and it is in exactly the same condition. Extremely poorly built. It looks like a bad joke. Even my husband, who usually don't care about these things, stopped to comment: "What an ugly thing! What is that?! Who made it? Bunch of kids?" Yeah. Such a disappointment. I gave them a benefit of a doubt, but it is not just that their quality control suck... At this point it seems the quality! period! sucks real bad! It's a pity. This could've been a really nice tray if some effort were put into making these. Sadly to say, this one is going back, as well. And the search for a nice, quality wooden tray continues...Also, in the description they say: "100% FSC certified solid Burma Teak wood,100% handmade,100% nature without any wax oil." Well, on the back of the tray there's printed "black walnut", as you can see in my photos. Also, in the care instructions they send with the tray, they say their wood tray comes with natural WOOD WAX ( as you can see in my photos ). Even though the description says "100% nature WITHOUT any wax oil." Which was exactly what I wanted, and among reasons why I ordered this particular tray. So, which one is it? And what is it? And just what is going on here?

one of the trays arrived broken
the trays are lovely but unfortunately, when we opened the box, one of the trays was not assembled correctly. I am planning to glue it together and hope this works as this seemed like an easier option than returning the item
