Minty fresh
I love all these flavor crystals, they provide nice textures to my desserts. The mint isn't super strong but just a hint. If you need a big mint flavor, you'll have to supplement with mint extract

Would not buy again
The basil flavor tastes like weed. I am pretty disappointed. I previously had basil sugar on a caprese salad at a restaurant and loved it. If you are thinking of using this for that purpose, try another product instead.
