I use these pads for accidental leaks and discharge. They work very well and are large enough to cover large knicker areas sizes 14-18.I prefer to use these pads than reusable charcoal pads because I am able to clean it properly and it doesn't smell after its been used and hand washed with laundry soap or castile soap liquid. The charcoal pads start to have a mild funky smell after being used and handwashed on a regular basis. The charcoal pads also do not carry moisture well which I think contributes to the mild funky smell of the material in the pads.However, I wouldn't use the cotton pads for menstrual periods because it was a lot of hard work to wash it out of the charcoal pads, and I think the same or more effort (because the cotton pads are lighter in colour ) would be needed to wash blood out of the cotton pads e.g soaking in cold water, rinses, scrubbing etc.The only negative I have about the pads is the price!! It's too expensive but I hope worth it to maintain health in the private area by avoiding using disposable sanitary towels daily which contain chemicals. Knocked one star off due to price.

I tried these reusable pads after another brand that didn’t feel comfortable with and I can only just say they are amazing! They are so comfortable to wear, big absorption( I have really heavy flows) and made of organic cotton. All the part that goes on the skin is 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane and only the part that faces the slips has some polyester(30% and 70% organic cotton) to make it waterproof. Compared to most of the mother pads on the market they can be washed up to 90 degrees in the washing machine so a lot more hygienic. I love them and I’ll buy more, definitely recommended!!

The wings on these pads are a little small in comparison to some other reusable pads which makes them roll around your knickers when attached. They would be better a little larger so that they lay flat when attached. Otherwise they are absorbent and wash well. I ordered these because they are cotton and not made in China.

Great absorbancy and wash really well. I've tried lots of different pads over time and found that some slip around - very annoying - these do not! Great product.

These reusable sanitary towels are brilliant, they're extremely absorbant, comfortable and easy to clean. They have press studs and a terry towel underside which helps to keep them in place as they don't slip on the underwear fabric (even at night). I always found that disposable products caused irritation and discomfort. These do not.

Right size and confortable

These are dire for heavy periods. I've never once bled through my 'Wear em out' pads. Needed some back up ones and these came up as a Prime day deal. An absolute waste of £58, I've bled through each pad that I've worn.It's not a product you can return once used, so they are just sat in the bag in my drawer.Also, they turned a strange off white colour when washed, no idea why, as all my other whites remain white, but these have a slight yellow tinge.
