Doesn't work!
Does not work. Plugged it in and got a dial tone, made my first call, and the other person couldn't hear me at all. A few test calls later and my sound ALSO declined, but still no one could hear me. Amazon refunded, didn't even bother asking me to send it back.

It's not this device's fault that it does not work with my office's Cisco IP Phone: it connects, it receives, but it doesn't transmit...again, it cannot be "fully" said that it is this item's fault, but...

Very poor connection
These adapters do not allow for a good connection at all. All of our customers have reported they cannot hear us.
