Arm sleeves do not give as you would expect, they feel a bit tighter than normal shirts. Still a very business casual shirt, just recommend buying a size up (for the sleeve issues).

I usually wear an extra large. I first ordered this as an extra large and it literally looked like a maternaty top on me. The large fits me great. Otherwise, its a nice shirt.
