Looks just like picture
Very comfy and good quality leather chair and stool. The tub is extra large and the chair does have a lift. I only wish it could recline and the stool could be adjustable. Also the leg holder swivels into an ankle holder and is adjustable height wise.

Reasonable price and perfect for my space.
I ordered three of these units which fit perfectly in the allotted space in my salon.They work prefectly and are much easier to sanitize! I had a problem with shipping; a package was injured, but the company compensated me remarkably well! Great company to do business with!

Nice chair
The chair is great but the hydraulics is not working so its hard to use the foot bar to move the chair up and down.

Pedi chair came on time and all pieces in the box, foot spa works great but would be better if it was not a two foot spa, a whole spa bowl would be WONDERFUL:)

Smoke smell and defective chair
I ordered this chair feeling comfortable with purchasing through Amazon. When we received the chair it smelled very strongly of smoke and the foot rest could not be tightened enough to keep it steady. Thinking the smell would dissipate and our maintenance staff could fix the foot rest, we put it in our pedicure room attached to the day spa. We had two spa staff who became sick from the the smell and it permeated the entire spa. We had to remove the chair. The company did not pay for the return shipping of the chair which was close to the original cost of the chair, but Amazon worked great with us.

Foot spa is inferior.
The chair works fine but the foot spa that came with it is not usable for my business. The directions for use that came with the foot spa don't even match the product that was delivered. I had to purchase a new foot spa to use.

Perfect! Great chair that requires no plumbing like other ones so you can put it in any room and it's black so it's discreet and professional.

Really wanted to give all 5 stars!!
The stool wasn't the best!!! 2 wheels broke after just 2 days!! The leg rest honestly is just a piece of crap! Poor manufacture ship!!! I tossed that leg rest crap out right along w/ stool it came with! The foot bath is good, doesn't keep heat very long so you have to work quickly! Overall the chair in itself serves it's purpose! Close to a yr I have been having my pedicure chair!!! I love it and so does my clients!!
