I bought this thinking it was bread mix. So after two failed loaves I tried mixing it with half white flour and using a little more yeast and water than it said, baking on a 3 hour program in a Panasonic bread mixer did the trick. The flour has a taste to it which you either love or hate.

Nothing wrong with the product jutst not quite the flour I was looking for.

This is second time that I have ordered this item.
