Delicious complete meals that are fit and filling
When I first started to cook as a home chef, I stumbled upon The Art of Simple Food by Alice Waters. It was a revelation, instructions and techniques that I still take to heart a decade later. The binding may be thrashed and the pages stained, but most of the lessons and recipes that I learned are memorized. Since then I've found a few books that have a few good recipes and ideas, and others that got donated away. But nothing had been anything like Simple Food, until now; maybe this could see the same worn out binding.My wife had me get this because she wanted some healthier recipes and this book advertised them. We have been on a marathon of cooking recipes from this book the past week, and every one has tasted fantastic. These are not small portions to get the calories down, or leafy salads that leave you hungry. The meals have been filling and very tasty.Each recipe lists the nutritional info on the page for easy reference if you are counting nutritional values and easy ingredient lists and simple to follow instructions. Ramsay also provides insights and techniques to eating and cooking healthier meals.Overall the book is going to give you a lot of really good ideas to get cooking meals that have lower calorie content, but aren't going to make you feel like you are on a diet. And some of these, like the Cauliflower Tabbouleh and Lamb, are going to get added to my all time favorite list of meals to cook, healthy or not.

Delicious recipes, but ingredients were hard to find and a lot of the food is hard to meal prep.
I’ve made a couple of the foods from here and they were delicious. My only problem is that a lot of the recipes are not your average recipes, for example for one of the recipes, it called for ‘mirin’. Expect to see lots of obscure ingredients like one of the reviews here said. My other problem is that a lot of his recipes are salad, which if you’ve meal prepped before, doesn’t do well after 3 days or so. Based on my experience, I think I’m just going to use another book. Don’t get me wrong, the foods were delicious, it was just very inconvenient. I’d try another healthy book if I were you. I’ve gone past the return window, so I’m stuck with this.

Amazing easy healthy and delicious recipes!!!
I have so many chefs cookbooks especially all food network chefs I even have Master Chef cookbook.. food & wine ... Rick Bayless ...but this cookbook is now my favorite!!! I’ve made about 15 recipes in this book already & I just got it last week. It’s perfect if your eating clean and healthy! Thank you thank you Chef Ramsey!!! I hope you decide to publish another one!! I love every recipe in it! 💕💕💕 your follower of over 20 yrs now lol 😊😊

Chef Ramsay is a boss, enough said!
The recipes are astounding! It makes meals worth cooking again! No more eating grilled chicken and broccoli out of Tupperware!If you want to eat like royalty, and be fit as a fiddle, then buy this book!!!I would pay three times the price of this book gladly!

An excellent cook book
This book is absolutely worth your time and investment. I needed a book that could give me good ideas on recipes to try but from a healthy perspective and I just so happen to like Gordon's approach to food so I gave it a shot.I am extremely excited about this book in the time I've owned it. I think the recipes are simple yet delicious and if you are someone who likes to eat healthy, there are a tons of dishes that dint require meat and it also lists the calorie count.I recommend

My New Favorite Super High Quality Gordon Ramsay Cook Book
This is officially one of my new favorite cook books! Gordon Ramsay provides an awesome array of recipes. I love that this book is hardcover. It’s also organized nicely making it easy to find what you’re looking for. The pictures are gorgeous. The quality of this book is well worth the price.

I created the first recipe out of his book the day after I received it. The recipe turned out fabulous, and I am looking forward to creating more delicious meals.

Recipes selection is great. All are easy to follow. Lots of pictures.

Pretty good but not simple
This is a great cookbook filled with great recipes. You'll be cooking like a pro in no time! However, they are not simple 5-ingredient recipes so if that is what you're looking for, skip this one. There are a lot of items that are hard to find and some I had to google to find out what the hell they were! But it's a gorgeous book with pictures of all the meals with easy to follow instructions. Just depends how ambitious you are....or want to be....in the kitchen.

Good Cook Book
I enjoyed the book. The recipes are enjoyable and I like the fact the nutritional information is in the book as well. The ingredients are easy to source. They are also easy to make. I have not cooked anything from the book that I have not enjoyed.The main reason I did not give the book 5 stars is because it does not have a lot of recipes in it given the price, that being said I do not regret buying the book and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for some healthy and tasty cooking recipes.

Tolle Rezepte für Sportlerernährung. Absolut Alltagstauglich
Richtig gut für makrobasierte Ernährung, Meal Prepping und Kalorienzählen. Die Gerichte sind echt super lecker und absolut alltagstauglich. Einige davon haben es in unsere regelmäßige Essensplanung geschafft. Das einzige Kochbuch, aus dem ich wirklich regelmäßig koche und damit sogar meine Ernährungsziele erreiche.

Brilliant again Gordon !
I love Gordon Ramsay, how shows, books everything. This book was also great, the time he takes to add tips and tricks and give background for each “chapter”. The recipes were fun to try, not overly challenging and the whole family loved them! You’ve done it again GR

Simple, loads of flavour and healthy.
Excellent - tasty dishes with a handful of ingredients that aren’t a fat splurge. But taste like they could be. Anyone can build a recipe out of 25 ingredients muddled together. Kitchen genius is making something great from 5. That’s GR!
