Impressive output, just wish the bottle was larger...
Update: I've been running this thing ~9 hours a day for the past month (today is 12/13/19) and it's still working perfectly. An additional suggestion is to have some sort of marking so you can tell if the top is locked on or not. I've used Blu-tack to make it taller by connecting it to a travel mug, and also used sharpie to mark the lock and unlock points. My office is very dry - it's an old building and it's hot water heat so no humidifier in the HVAC system. I measured the humidity and it's typically about 20-21% RH. I use this on my desk to keep my immediate area tolerable. With both ultrasonic jets on, the water reservoir lasts about 2 hours before it's empty, but it can get the RH% to the 30% range. With 1 jet I can get high 20% and it will last almost 4 hours. One thing I would really have recommended is a wider base. This base is narrow and that makes this humidifier a little tippy, also, it reduces the water volume.Humidifier is silent and because it's rechargeable I can pretty much put it as close to me as I want. Even if the mist goes in your face there's no issue - I wear glasses and the mist is so fine that it doesn't leave a trace. Note however that if something is in the direct path of the mist, it will eventually get wet. There is also a sorta-cool but probably useless lighting feature - double click to turn on a mood light. The ultrasonic jet on top didn't work at first, but I played around with the fiber "straw" that sucks the water up and inverted the humidifier once or twice. It's worked fine since then.

Love this humidifier
Up to 9 or 18 hours battery life? Sounds amazing. Have to test it with some more use to see if that is true or if they mean how long the water will last. Manual is a little hard to understand but it's pretty basic controls. The electronics part is definitely not waterproof nor is there a seal so don't tip it. Good value for the money for this particular model. The 4in by 4in base allows you to place it anywhere on the desk. The two misters means that it will deliver enough moisture to help with sinus issues and a second mode to allow you to use it longer if you don't need to dump too much moisture in the air while giving sinus relief.I have also found replacement cotton wicks that will work if you trim the length down. These are listed as 6.89 inches long and you just have to trim them to 6.5 inches long to get them to work in this humidifier. I have provided two listings in the images you can use for the replacements.

Dangerous
On the surface this was a handy unit to have around the house and use for myself at night and spider plants if the air was too dry. I can't recommend because of the following:-You have to use tap water as directed in the booklet. If you use distilled or any other kind of clarified water it puddles at the top, soaking the inside of the unit. It won't even allow for Culligan water. The 45 degree nozzle stopped working entirely which prompted me to exchange for a new one.-It doesn't atomize all the water. If you buy the unit with the white reservoir with about one inch of clear plastic at the bottom, that one inch of water remains. The unit itself never empties.-When I got my second unit, I made sure to only use tap water. I don't have great tap water. Within four uses, the mist started giving off a musty smell because of the type of water it required.-The nozzles got calcified because of the tap water and the 45 degree nozzle started to rust a bit. I tried cleaning it with white vinegar but it needed to soak and the only way to do that was to turn it on its head and leave in it in small bowl with a couple tablespoons of vinegar. It was not submerged at all. A couple tablespoons, that's it.-The battery stopped working. That was annoying, but the two locations I had it, it could remain plugged in and I did not want to go through another exchange. The charging cable I used was not what came with the unit because that one was too short and I needed something longer.-Lastly, the dangerous part. I ran the unit in the afternoon and it was off and no longer humidifying. There was still water left in the reservoir (see above critique.) I left it plugged in overnight near my plants and the next morning, discovered that the end of the charging cable had melted off into the unit. (Pictures included.)I should've stopped using it as soon as it lost its battery power and definitely should not have left it plugged in unattended. This thing is more trouble than it's worth and had I read about the tap water requirement I would not have bought it in the first place. I'm throwing it away and counting it as a learning experience and will buy a real humidifier with my plants.

Review after almost a yr
So, at first it worked great, but now it has stopped working. I only use filtered water, I don't have kids, so no rough play with it, I used as instructed and yet the spray has grown weaker and weaker. I can't see any clogs and am not about to take it apart - no longer working, so just another mass produced product for the landfill...Apparently there is a 2 YEAR WARRANTY according to the manufacturer. I just sent an email to handfan. I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW ONCE I HEAR BACK FROM THEM. so far, I wish I invested in a better made product. Let's hope their customer service is good..UPDATE: the factory respected the warranty and sent me a replacement through Amazon and arrived fairly quickly as Amazon products do. Works well and my nasal passages are having a happier winter. Kind customer service! I do recommend them and increased stars to 4 given their kind and fast customer service.
