Great EVA, Comparable to EVA 50 High density Foam from TNT Cosplay but with one massive bonus
Pros* Good Quality EVA* The 1mm thickness is a god send(details below)* Works exactly how you want EVA to work* Good to dip your feet into prop makingCons* Over priced for the small size of the sheets* Not at all the extremely high density foam the seller saidACTUAL FULL PRODUCT REVIEWI got cautiously hopeful seeing a question about the foam's density answered by the seller saying "85 KG/M³". This is quite a bit higher than even the highest density eva that TNT sells and in more options than just 2mm thick 90"X45" sheets. Upon getting them I found that while they are not nearly as dense as the EVA-70. They seem maybe slightly more dense than the standard EVA-38. I bought the 1mm, 4mm, and 10mm options and they all seemed to be this same quality. That being said, the 1mm option is absolutely incredible and I love it. While not strong enough to build thin yet realistic hardened leather, run through a sewing machine, or use for other harder prop components like I can do with 2mm EVA-70, this 1mm is still very strong, stretchable, form-able, flexible, and smooth as all hell. I've tried using it as a finishing layer to props that I've had to heavily sculpt with a dremel rather than having to spend hours and hours heating, fine sanding, reheating, even finer wet sanding, heating, wet buffing, and so on to try to get that prefect smooth fuzzless surface back. Now I can add a thin layer of barge to the prop and the 1mm and then stretch and form it over for a perfectly smooth finish. it can go around edges, corners and curves. Because it is so thin, it shrinks really well when heated which allows you to basically shrink wrap any areas that have a bit too much slack to be perfectly formed. This is thickness I've not seen offered anywhere else. The only real issue i have is that the pieces are pretty small and due to that kind of overpriced. ~13" x ~39" fluctuating a bit. Comparing this to the 24"X60" standard you can find else where. Using 10mm as the example the cost here is ~$3.75 per sqft when you can buy nearly the same product in sheets 3 times the size for ~$1.59 per sqft before shipping(~$2.39 with shipping) from elsewhere and the price difference increases with as the thicknesses reduce. So in conclusion if you are going to be making more than just a small prop, its better to go else where. If you want to try EVA foam out without committing too hard to it these are not a bad idea. and the 1mm Sheets are awesome and totally worth it if you dont want to have to worry about the smoothness of a prop after sculptingREVIEW INTENTI bought this to test and compare to some of the other EVA I have used for props. All the "EVA" sold on amazon (other than good old fashion floor-mats) that I have tried have either turned out to be the same weak, low density, tear prone "craft foam" you would find for cheaper at a local crafting stores, or some kind of bastardized super low density neoprene like material masquerading as EVA (which is absolutely worthless for props other than maybe as internal flexible padding if you cover it with a soft material). I have been trying to find another foam source outside of TNT Cosplay Supply since they only become worth the costs when doing large orders

local craft stores have lower prices & larger sheets - Only buy if not in stock/cheaper locally
The quality of the foam itself is on par with the local store, but I should have researched ahead of purchasing this as a gift for someone, but turned out the local craft stores keep this same stuff in stock at about 40% less per sqft and they also have them in larger sheets (24"/60") for larger projects. I guess its a good option if your local store does not carry the thickness you want. Otherwise, I can't think of any reason to pay more for smaller sheets and wait several days to get it.I have always viewed Amazon as a competitive priced market due to sellers not having overhead of brick and mortar shops, but I am finding this just isn't the case anymore. Online sellers seem to be getting greedy in my opinion.

Fantastic foam for cosplaying crafting
For those building armor - this is the foam you should be buying. It molds well with heat, cuts nicely with a sharp blade, and holds plasti-dip extremely well. The size and thickness are just as advertised.

Light and easy
Purchased this item to make my sons marshmello costume. After seeing all the various ways the helmet had been made I knew the foam would be the lightest. The product arrived on time , clean and in good shape. It was incredibly easy to work with and took hot glue very well.

Pretty close to size, 6mm material... very satisfied
I asked a question about the thickness of the material and if it was "exactly" 6mm. The vendor said... " Almost no deviation if the thickness is thicker than 5mm".Well, here to report that there is a variance in thickness but it's very acceptable to me. The material ranges from 5.8 - 6.12mm and mostly close to the 6mm mark all around. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. The material seems strong and sturdy for what it is. Quite dense, which is what I was looking for. It will be used to line wooden boxes. Would buy again!
