I hate talking on the phone. But some people insist on doing it when they could just text.First, this unit is slightly bulky. It will take both hands to put it on if you wear glasses.Sound quality is just like most other BT handsets, its clear as suited for voice audio. You can listen to music but its not calibrated to that.The range is great, way more than I need, through a small house and even outside of it.I've not yet had anyone ask as of yet to repeat myself or speak up.The unit is mostly hidden by the ear. Its not too much that its distracting.The main selling point: THIS UNIT DOESN'T HAVE THE CHEAP PLASTIC EAR PIECE HOLDER THAT BREAKS EVERY WEEK. The arm and main housing are of a rubber material, the arm articulates more than 90° in the wrong direction, but not forward to back so the unit stays snug on your ear, yet remains durable if bent by accident.

Highly recommend the wireless headset!
I am very satisfied with my Bluetooth earpiece. The sales service was very good and delivered as promised. The earpiece works very well with my iPhone 7,so very pleased with the purchase.Delivered as described.Sound quality is good and they actually stay in my ear. Looking forward to do in my next work out wearing this. Highly reccomend it!

A earpiece exactly what I needed
I have bought countless amounts of Bluetooth and you can say I have become somewhat of a expert. These Bluetooth earphones are exceptionally very good the volume is so loud which is perfect and size of it is neither too big nor too small and it is very comfortable.

Quality is okay
Nothing to brag about. The quality of sound is okay but the piece itself is very uncomfortable when worn for very long over the ear. There is no give to re position or maneuver around on the ear. I will not buy another

I have been impressed with the headset. Great Bluetooth headset. The sound quality is excellent.Long battery life.Comfortable in the ear and really simple to pair with smartphone. I have already recommended the headset to family and friends.

loud pairing announcement, upside down buttons, buttons too close
One for the few / only reversible one-ear headsets.Don't turn on and pair when in your ear. Notification is at max and not set volume.Up is down/previous--feels light plane joystick.Buttons too close to press correctly, probably for cost.
