The great thing about it, you can eat it at any time, as a meal or a shake.

I love this product I use it in the morning for breakfast any time I’m feeling hungry. It is good my for my health. I have ordered a lot of it. What I like about this product you can use warm water drinking like milkshake or eat it like porridge.

It does not make for a wholesome meal at all. It says add 125ml of milk/water (tastes awful with water) to 50g of powder, which is very little as the powder does not even thicken and it just becomes a lumpy, watery mess of no more than 2-3 mouthfuls. It is worse as a shake. The 'special maize' just feels like sand in the mouth. Not fulfilling at all.

Would buy a lot more of it at a more reasonable price. This is fantastic for athletes and makes a mean contribution to a smoothie. Healthy and nutritious. My 10 year old would only have this for breakfast if I allowed it.
