good but not practical
I enjoyed reading this book, but I felt that it lacks practical and real world examples. Literature used in this book is heavy and it's not very pleasant to read.

Does not have "cases", and not about the "law"
Disclaimer: I have not finished this book yet, maybe I'll never done. Maybe I am wrong with the book, be careful reading my review.I purchased this book by its name -- I need a book explaining law issues in the cyber and information world, unfortunately, this is not this book all about. This book is an assembly of many independent, while somewhat related, articles composed by many professors in different universities. Some articles are informative, some are dry and not pleasant to read. The main point I don't this this book good is it does not really contain any "case" in the legal sense, i.e., I was expecting to see some real world litigation cases involving various aspect of law. The "case" in this book is a made-up scenario, an imaginary company is composed, with some imaginary personnel and staff, who did what and whether their action are proper or not. This is far from what I wanted to read and learn. If you are in my position, i.e., you need knowledge about real "law" in the cyber world, I would recommend "Cyberlaw: The Law of the Internet and Information Technology" by Brian Craig.
