This pillow is firm but not hard. The gussets in rthecpillow prevent the pillow from riding up around your head. I highly recommend this pillow

I am a bedding obsessed. I think it is because I have insomnia and believe that if we are comfortable when we sleep, it will help. I own too many pillows. I have three bedrooms so I am able to spread them out. For years I was set on a contour memory foam pillow. However, my head was getting hot at night and I was not able to sleep. It never hurt my neck, but the heat was too much for me.I then started taking pillows for the other rooms and nothing felt right. Too big, too firm, not enough neck support. I was frustrated and was waking up with the worse neck pain. I was ready to go back to my memory foam pillow and just be warm.I am leery about buying pillows online because you can’t feel them. I had planned to shop locally but became ill. I really could have used the pillows then. I planned on buying two for my bed. I ended up spending hours one night looking for a pillow that would benefit my side and stomach sleeping. My six year old also sleeps with my sometimes. I opted to get the queen size ones since the price was not that big of a difference. I always buy pillow protectors because I am a germ freak and honestly, I drool along with my daughter, nothing you want people to know but it helps protect the pillow.I received these and placed them in the protector, then the pillow cases I have. They look great. They did not feel (in my hands) like they would offer support. The first night I slept on them, I slept so well! I did not wake up and when I did, I slept so well and my neck did not hurt the next day.These pillows do not cost much and if you are a side/stomach sleeper, these might be for you. I am so glad I picked them up.

I just purchased these pillows from Amazon last week. I have had a hard time finding "soft", and quality queen size pillows. I do not want to pay more than $15 each. It is extremely difficult to find a decent soft pillow with side panels. The ad states these pillows are medium density. I was hoping they would be soft and found they are definitely medium to firm.Even though I am still looking for soft pillows, I love these mediums. They look well built with quality and should give years of service. I could have returned these right away; however, I put them into my pillow shams and left them on the bed to try for watching TV. They packed the shams full. Normally, when I watch TV, I stack my pillows to prop me up. i.e. first my main pillow is on the bottom, then two other full size pillows to raise my head and finally one smaller pillow to tilt my head.With these new pillows, I only use my regular pillow as a base and the new one on top. This is working better than any other system I have tried. I love them. If you want a pillow that is medium to firm (I think this one is firm) this is a good pillow. If you are looking for soft, this is not the one for you.Now I don't want 6 pillows on my bed. Now I just want 4. I still need 4 soft new pillows for the rest of the house and I am looking. So this accidental purchase is beneficial for me.

I bought this to replace two pillows of mine that were flat. I am mainly a side sleeper so i tried to "side" version. I also prefer a stiffer pillow so that it doesn't puff against my face since again i'm a "side" sleeper. There's nothing wrong with pillow its just that it is quite tall, at least for me, and it s not as stiff as i hoped for, but its still a good pillow. Next time maybe ill try the back sleeper for a little shorter version.

I have neck/back pain and sleep on my stomach on the floor of my living room because my bedroom mattress is too soft. I like to watch TV and have to look up to do so; these pillows are just the right size/density for ME. I say, if you like firm pillows, give them a try! I ordered one set, they came I think the next day (Prime), and ordered another set because I love to have lots of pillows around me. Between upper legs they are awesome for lower back pain. I love that they are washable, although since I have just received them I have not yet had a need to wash them. Definitely recommend. A bit pricey, but what a good night's sleep is priceless! Seller: Please email me when/if they ever go on sale. I ordered Queen size, but would by King and whatever size that larger one is (would be helpful if you described that better - is it a body pillow?) Great delivery time, excellent product; I will be back.

Great set of pillows and surprising quality at this price. I was looking for something substantial that would keep my husband's head and throat elevated enough to alleviate his snoring. I got the queen sized, extra firm set. He sleeps on his back and uses this under a plush pillow. We're a two-pillow per person household. These extra firm pillows are just right for supporting our necks and heads and I feel a significant improvement even in my own quality of sleep. Six months down the line, and they are just as firm as the day I received them. Now, because they are firm, they hold their funny rectangular shape which, depending on the pillow case, can make it look a little strange, aesthetically, on your bed presentation. Also, since they are firm, they're not quite squishy enough that you can hug the pillow over your head when you lay on your stomach. Non issues for our needs, but certainly worth mentioning if you're looking for that in your pillow.

The pillow definitely compresses down a bit after a month or so of use, but for me it settles to the perfect height for side sleeping. When it first arrived it was super puffy and a bit too tall for comfort, but didn't inhibit sleep just wasn't optimal. Now it's at a great height. For some reason I nap on my back, and when I do that it's definitely a bit too high, my spine is a bit curved, but for 30min that isn't an issue. If you're a back or front sleeper you probably want to go for a thinner size of this pillow.

I was very pleased with the quality and density of these pillows. They came exactly as described and shipped promptly and in clean, well packaged boxes. I am used to dense feather pillows myself, but they are too expensive so I thought I would try these ones. I bought 3 sets so everyone in the house could have a new pillow. So far we are all very happy with them. I'm a side sleeper and find it very comfortable and they seem to provide support to my neck as well. I would recommend these pillows to feather pillow, side sleeping sleepers.

Buscando unas almohadas firmes me encontré con estas que de acuerdo a los comentarios eran muy firmes y de buena calidad; al llegar el paquete las ví y se veían firmes, esponjosas y bonitas[anexo foto] ; sin embargo, al recostar mi cabeza se hundió por completo, por lo cual decidí regresarlas.Así que si buscas una almohada firme estas no lo son; de hecho las personas que la recomiendan nunca han tenido una verdadera almohada firme en su vida, ya que estas no son ni un poco firmes.Anexo foto donde coloco mi mano sobre la almohada, y así como se hunde mi mano, así se hunde la cabeza al recostarse sobre ella.

En general muy buena experiencia. Duermo de lado y con estas almohadas puedo dormir sin problema. He visto mejores opciones con un poco más de relleno, por eso no le doy 5 estrellas. Pero bastante bien. Las volvería a comprar.

Muy buenas almohadas es lo que andaba buscando. Almohada de buen tamaño y firmes. Muy contento con la compra.

Son perfectas, no se han deformado hasta ahora y son riquísimas para dormir
