Medium rare
We gave these steaks to our son for Christmas. He has reported that they are wonderful if you cook them medium rare.They look great and taste excellent. Be sure to follow the directions for preparing them that comes in the packing. I think our son is hoping we will consider giving these steaks to him for his up and coming birthday.

Almost too big
My son got a new grill for Father's Day. Seemed only fitting that he have some steaks to grill on it. Delicious. Tender. Prime beef. Not for every day (or week, even). But for special occasions? Perfect.

Tomahawks!!
Again, another winner from Kansas City Steak Company. Frankly I had given up on my butcher and multiple meat counters at the grocery stores. Nothing but tough, no taste meat. I never gave "frozen" meat a thought, but I was desperate. Biggest mistake and then correction I ever made. Try it. I promise you it will literally change your life, if you love great meat. These tomahawks are incredible! So are the kobes, etc. And now everyone can kiss my ***, who made me buy terrible beef. No more. I just cry when I go to the grocery store now and see the junk they try to pass off, and I must admit I feel sorry for those who were like me just trying to get a nice piece of meat to reward myself for a long hard week of work.I have been liberated by The Kansas City Steak Company.
