Punch a hole according to the size. If possible make hole incline upwards 5 to 10 degrees. Ensure 2pcs scissors type expansion plates back and the cup head of the screw stem need between two scissors expansion plates. 3. Take down the flat washer, spring washer and the nut; then put the expansion anchors into the hole. Rotate the screw stem clockwise then the scissors plates will expansion untill fasteness enough. Install object and get back flat washer and spring washer in turn and then tighten the nut.

Very well designed and made
This product is pure genius. It allowed me to secure my water muffler to the fiberglass bulkhead securely, which has defied all other attempts. Very solid and well made. Cusps!
