I can use these but preferred 1.5 inches and these measure 2 inches

these brand new binder packs came with some imperfections. plastic is cheap which is fine but it's not ok that there are gashes in it. quality control is lacking. the rings are aligned and sturdy which is good but they need to check these before shipping them out.
