Eleven Madison Park: The Next Chapter, Revised and Unlimited Edition: [A Cookbook] Hardcover – October 15, 2019

I should have done my homework. Most of here recipes are not suitable for cooking at home. There are many ingredients and components to the dishes that are just not practical for home cooking. Having browsed the book there are only a few I might attempt at home. Unfortunately I bought the Kindle version or I would have returned the hard copy immediately. Not the fault of the authors, my fault for buying a book I will never use.

The book is awesome, unfortunately it was delivered on a snowy day, I wasn't home all day so the book absorbed moisture since it wasn't wrapped in plastic and curled/bended.

This was a gift and my brother in law loves it. Beautiful book and illustrations. Makes a terrific coffee table book. Can’t speak to the recipes but am very happy with the purchase.

Really enjoy the details on all the dishes. Not so much for the home cook but being a professional it is fun to see all the ideas and how they translate into a dish.
