Does a good job, on par with more expensive brands.
It's good stuff, I rotate through all of the brands and buy whatever is on sale and the cheapest. However this time round I had to rely on Amazon Fresh to deliver me some groceries and I bought this online. I dont believe it to be better than generic brands although it cost about $1 more at the time, but it's not the most expensive brand either.It washed and shined glasses just fine, I have a feeling its all the same thing as the others and may not be worth the extra money.We rinse our dishes pretty well as we only run the machine once per week and do not want food stuck to plates just rotting in there.so none of the detetergents we use really need to work hard, basic brands are perfect for us.

Basic product doing a basic job and doing it well
I've been using Finish dishwashing products for years and years. Nowadays, most of my household products are "green", but I have not found an alternative to Finish that performs the essential task...getting the dishes clean. I much prefer liquid to pods, since I find my dishwasher doesn't always dissolve the pod covering properly, and powder leaves me with goopy lumps of wet powder in the dispenser.

Hadn't tried the gel before, but it pours nicely and no spots after wash!

Soap build up.
Cleans well, but has started to leave a trail of build up leading down from the soap dispenser.
