I had only used the lemongrass stalks before in my soup. They were okay but had to be cleaned, cut and then fished out and thrown away after simmmering. The lemongrass powder added even more flavor and no messy retrieval of the stalks. My chicken, mushroom, coconut soup was delicious and a lot less work.

I used this product in a tea seeper. I added a half a teaspoon to the deeper and allowed it to seep for 2 and a half minutes.The taste and smell were similar to poundcake, which was very pleasant. I drank a glass after dinner over the weekend and found that I was less wired at night time and it really helped with after dinner gas and bloating. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for either a water alternative or even something to add to tea.

This powdered lemongrass has really turned out to be some nice stuff. At first, I was put off by it being darker-color than other brands I’ve bought before. However, the taste is the best I’ve tried and it really gives a fantastic flavor to meals and soups and drinks. Love it, and will be re-stocking with this brand when it’s used up.

The product seems fine. Was worried about using at first with seal broken but, I'm still alive after use. I had never eaten lemon grass before so, I'm not sure if the powder is comparable to fresh or not. It gave a very strong grassy/earthy taste to my food.

Came in a different package than posted. It came in a black resealable bag. I love using lemon in my Asian food cooking and was very excited to try this. As soon I opened it, it smelt lemon tea. I’m so confused. Not happy with this product at all.

The picture shows a jar but package arrived in a re-sealable bag which is no biggie but the first picture needs to show that. Tried this in a tea, 1/2 tsp tea lemongrass 1/4 tsp tumeric & some honey.....the flavor is phenomenal.

I purchased this as a recommendation due to being sick and it came on time and helped with my sickness. I’ve been drinking it since recovering and I like the taste. Good price.
