Evomucy Mouth Rinse Spray

My son is undergoing chemo for AML, and has had TERRIBLE mouth and throat sores - the oncology Nurse Practicioner said they were "the worst [she's] seen in 25 years of practice." The hospital Pharmacy had sent up bunches of products for him to try - viscous lidocaine, magic mouthwash, oramajic, chlorhexidine, carafate, Gelclair, and 1 or 2 others. Nothing worked for more than a few seconds, or maybe a minute. In desperation, I started searching the web, and found this product. Amazon had the best price through FMP Distribution, so I ordered it. It has worked SO WELL! My son is thrilled with it, and says that not only does it numb well, but it even keeps working if he drinks something! Being able to direct the spray with the little "wand" is terrific, as most of his sores are at the back of his mouth and in his throat now. He has been telling nurses, doctors, and residents about how well this Evomucy is working. Hospital Pharmacy came up to his room yesterday, and they are considering carrying it for other chemo patients!
