When I chose a fitness tracker on amazon,I was a little skeptical that these lower-prices items could match the abilities and functions of the higher-priced name brand fitness bands.But now I think I get more than I paid for with this item.I have only used this one and amazfit band.I received the product and charged it over night to begin use the next morning. The app was easy to find and install. It was easy to pair via bluetooth. The set up was intuitive and easy. I finally read past the first page in the manual last night and was surprised to notice that the band is waterproof along with all the other functions. I tested this feature today and had no problems.I would like to recommend this to my friends.

This is my first activity tracker watch. I have been searching for one for a long time. I like the sleek looks and it's so simple to set up. I like that it comes with a manual that it's simple and easy to understand. I have been using it for few nights to track sleep cycles and daily activities. I will consider to purchase more for my family members. By the way, it fits well.

Ordered for a Christmas gift to myself and it arrived promptly! I was very impressed by not only the stylish look of the watch, but of the quality of the craftsmanship! I had trouble at first with the Wear Health app not letting me create an account and I kept getting a network error, so I emailed support right away and I was very impressed when support emailed me back within the hour and on Christmas Eve at that and said they would have the issues fixed within 24-48 hours. I was impressed yet again when they had the app up and running in half the time expected! This watch is not only amazing and everything I have ever wanted in a health watch, but support seems pretty amazing as well!

Excellent customer service and gorgeous watch/fitness tracker! I could not be happier. Before I even received the watch, I received a thank you email from the seller with complete and detailed set up instructions. A day later, a second email arrives with an online manual! Then the watch! Beautiful, and packaged in a lovely box! The customer service is the best I have ever experienced, and the watch is very stylish and functional. I receive many compliments on it, and it is exactly what I was looking for. This was a great buying experience. You won't be disappointed!

I recently purchased the rose gold watch. The set up was easy enough except the directions they send are printed no bigger than a matchbook. It is a bit ridiculous. Thank goodness for the internet. The band fit comfortably and without issue, but I'm the type the doesn't like anything snug so I asked for one more link just for the tiniest bit of extra comfort. He sent me an entire new band so I can change it in the future if necessary. My only frustration is tapping the screen to have it light up. It sometimes take multiple times. It keeps track of my heart beats per minute and my BP. I have never set the app with an actual BP reading, but the readings I get on the watch are pretty darn close to my normal. While the watch is a bit fancy to wear with sweats and a t-shirt on the weekend, I still like it because it is different than the usual-looking fitness trackers with the rubber wrist bands.

This was my first smart watch, so I was not familiar with how to operate the item. When I first received the watch, it was a bit difficult to setup with the instructions that came with the watch. The instruction didn't go into any details about what the watch was doing, so it was hard to know if it was set up correctly and if it was working properly or not. However, I mentioned this in the question section of the page and I was sent a manual right away also any questions after that customer service answered via email without delay. The watch is very stylish, and it works well. I have had it for a week and everything is working just fine. I am glad I reached out to customer service otherwise I probably would have sent the watch back. Great watch!!! And thanks for all your assistance.

You must be patient with the instructions as they are tiny and hard to read. I suggest taking a photo with your phone so you can enlarge them. Per instructions, I fully charged the watch before I started. Today is the second full day and the battery indicates it is still fully charged. I downloaded the app for Android from Google Play Store and paired it with the watch. Once you've accomplished that, it's pretty straight forward. Put it on, and test your blood pressure and heart rate for a base number. It's a great alternative to those ugly rubber things. I wish I had gotten the silver. The "gold" is really more of a rose gold or copper color. It comes beautifully packaged AND it comes with the tools you need to size the band to your wrist. Also comes with charger.
