You definitely have to drink A LOT of water to make sure your skin doesn't break out or act up, but I noticed my hair growing a lot quicker and my nails break a lot less when I use these. I don't take 3 every day, but only 1-2 depending on how frail my nails feel.

I was skeptical when I bought this product, but I figured why not give it a shot if there was a chance it could deliver on its promise. Well, it has been about a month now and my hair and nails have never been more healthy! Even my nail beds are clear and strong. I had been noticing my hair was more coarse lately, but after taking PrettyPills for a month, it feels as soft as ever. I will be switching to PrettyPills as my permanent daily multivitamin from now on.

Great so far! I have noticed faster growing nails! Hair is getting longer too. Love that I can get my multivitamin plus hair,skin, and nails all in one!

Smell like cow manure.
