I was pleased to see that the bottle was clearly labeled, and printed in a clear readable font. [Too many supplement bottles are not clearly labeled] It was easy to read the instructions, even though the font was a bit small in places. The bottle was secured with a shrink type seal on the top, and the expiration date was laser printed on the bottom.I like the energy-boosting aspect of it, and that it is all natural. I think the all-natural, with no chemicals and binders added, makes it a bit ahead of the others of this type. The only thing I didn't like a lot is that you need to take 2 a day, vs just one. That makes this a 30 day supply of 60 pills.

No harsh taste while taking or after. No bad odor, smells like black pepper. Helps ease your mood. Not a mircle worker but it dose help.

Ashwagandha is great! After having had trouble sleeping through the night; though I used to do so with no problem, my first use of Ashwagandha had me suddenly sleeping through the night like I once did. And I felt very rested. So much DIFFERENT than a sleeping pill. The product arrived as promised and in good condition.

I tried this product and will continue taking it as I like the boost of energy in the morning with my breakfast. It has actually substituted from me having coffee for that energy that I need to get out the door and get my day going. You really don't taste much as it's in capsule form, otherwise I probably would not have liked it.

This product is great it actually works. The fact that I feel better is amazing. Most products make excellent claims but in the end are lies.

This supplement is great for a morning energy boost without the jitters. I haven't noticed any side effects.
