Very effective for providing vitamin b12

I originally bought a more expensive brand that had the same active ingredients as this one and I did find it significantly helpful in diminishing hot flashes. There are specific foods that, if I eat them, will still often give me hot flashes (dairy and coffee are 2 big ones) . But if I mostly lay off those and take this supplement, I'm pretty much hot flash free. I also use a little progesterone cream at night to help balance things out. I'm not sure if progesterone cream is actually necessary if you're only taking phytoestrogen as opposed to estradiol but since progesterone is anti-inflammatory and somewhat of a diuretic, I figured a small dose of it couldn't hurt.For the price, this can't be beat!

As I purchase my second bottle, I wanted to leave a review for others who are looking for an over the counter product for menopausal symptoms. I am several years into menopause but recently plagued with disturbed sleep, fatigue, apathy and frequent need to urinate. After one week of pill use I could see the difference. The pill is easy to swallow, with no taste and really no odor. If you have symptoms and your MD won't offer prescriptive hormones this is a product worth trying.

This supplement really works. I'm far more relaxed and focused than I used to be after only a.month's use.

I was buying the much more expensive brand and thought I would try this one which contains the same ingredients. It had helped me lessen my hot flashes and decrease vaginal dryness. I tried another cheaper brand but I’ve come back to this one for the effectiveness.

I am a post-menopausal woman who found this product as a recommendation of Dr. Christiane Northrup, MD, my favorite women's health expert. It was offered on her website (of course) at a significantly higher price. For THIS price I thought yes, try it, what can it hurt? I stared taking 1 a day with my vitamins in the morning, the recommended dosage, and didn't think anything about it. As with all "herbal" or non-chemical products the effects usually take longer to see than with chemical compounds. So 5 or 6 weeks later, I realized that my "vaginal dryness" was YES, significantly improved! and, bonus, my finger nails were longer and stronger. I originally bought 2 bottles (60 caps each) which lasts me for 4 months. so YES, you bet I'm re-ordering!

I only have it after my period for 6 days, one per day, and it started makes me have another period just after a few days I finish mine and i immediately stop eating it, but it makes me keep bleeding non stop for at least a week already and I don’t know when it will stop. REMEMBER IF THIS ACTUALLY WORK WHY BREAST IMPLANT STILL EXISTS, DONT RISK YOUR BODY GETTING CANCER OR SOMETHING IN YOUR BREAST OR OVARY, DANGEROUS! I return it already, it scared the heck out of me seeing myself bleeding non stop.
