**EDIT** - Rating has been updated as I resolved the issue with a Wi-Fi extender in my home. Also, the company emailed me promptly, and they have great customer service if you are having trouble. Highly recommend!!I bought 2 of these, as I have had two packages stolen from me in the last couple weeks. I put them in my windows, facing the porch, so they are indoors, but overlooking the two important parts of my porch; the stairs leading up to the front door, and the wrap around part leading to a now sealed up side door. The front camera works great. I haven't had any issues with it at all. The one overlooking the side porch has been a problem. I connected both of them to my home Wi-Fi, so I could keep an eye on both in the app. However, while I can always see the front cam, a lot of times, the side cam doesn't show up in my device list. I constantly have to turn on its own Wi-Fi network, connect and reconnect it to my home network again. It's becoming a bit of a hassle and I'm not sure what to do about it. If I can get this permanently resolved, then I'll bump this up to 5 stars, as they are both really good when working properly. The picture is clear, the FOV is great. Definitely worth the money. It's just that one quirk driving me crazy.

The order came in a timely manner and the customer service was great and made sure I knew they were available if I needed them, however I was able to set up the camera super easily.The box it came in is a nice sturdy box, more than I expected as the price is relatively low when compared to others. The set up was easy and the instructions, even though they do have grammar and spelling errors, were easy to follow. The app was easy to find in app store and connected easily to the camera. The camera quality was good and the night vision was clear as well. The only thing that would make it better is the sound or ability to talk back.

The pro's of this device is excellent picture quality and the quality of the camera and magnet was more than what I had expected. Heavy duty for sure. The con's which is what made me give a few star's are as follows; the length of the charge is unpredictable, sometimes it stays charged for an hour or so other times your lucky if it stays charged for 10 minutes. The lag time and constantly freezing up is what got me. There is no consistency and unreliable with the freezing up and lag time. The directions were just awful to understand making the set up very frustrating. I spent a total of 6 hours at least trying to set this up and run the app. I was also understanding that I can run and view 2 cameras at once which is untrue. I can only do one device. Also, there is no audio in video recording. Overall I had high hopes for these mini cameras and I ended up being very disappointed in the App to run these devices and battery life span for the amount of money you pay for each one.

The photos in the description are not from this camera. Does not record in 1080 using any settings. Picture quality is not good. Only records in AVI low frame rate. video studders between day and night modes. cannot manually set night mode on or off. That being said. I do very much like the size and even the battery life. The app is ok, it did not connect on my phone but did work on my tablet. The streamed video lags a few seconds. No audio capture on video files. Feel duped by the description and prroduct i received

I thought that this would be a good buy. A horrible product. Night vision doesn't work for me. Battery life is like 5-10 minutes. Connecting this thing to your phone is a nightmare. Constantly disconnects. I thought that I could use this away from home but you can't not without setting up some type of home vpn which to me is useless. I would not recommend this product.

It’s a great little camera but the app is almost totally useless. I have three WiFi cameras in my home and this is the only one that I can not reliably connect to. Even when it does connect it has a tendency to freeze. Check the app before you buy!
