Pros: -great size for my taller child (40")-Looks like real potty-Soft quiet flushing sound-grey insert that is easy to clean yet soft, though not as soft as a cushion so the child will sit to use but not stay there foreverPro AND Con:-grey insert has handles for easy parental lift and clean (but also easy for kid to lift for those who have curious children)-has a place for wipes, but it does not fit the larger wipes most parents will buy such as those from Costco or Sam's club, it is designed for the small travel wipe sizes you likely get from WalmartCon:-weight limit is only 50lbs, which i have not found any potties that go higher, but my daughter is quickly reaching that weight as she is in the 90% percentile for her height and weight and she is only 3 and is delayed learning, so i hope she catches on to potty training before she outweoghs this and it breaks. I will try to remember to update this comment if there is any issues with that.Details:I ordered this potty because i have tried the 3-in-1 transition potties and the inserts on a real potty and I wish I had bought this sooner and saved myself the headaches and time wasted on the others. The others were of course $10-$20, which was more in line with the price point I wanted. That being said, this was SO fast to put together, the pieces just click into place with each other. It is plastic and rather flimsy alone, but fairly sturdy when they all click together for a young child. My daughter is on the tall side (40") so i needed something she could sit on that's not like the babybjorn with her knees in her chest since its much smaller, so if you have a child that needs a small potty, this may be at the top of their range, but i would not discount it entirely for them to grow into and use.The flushing is a quiet real potty sound without scaring my daughter who isn't autistic, but is frightened easily by loud sounds.The grey seat insert is not a soft cushion, but not hard plastic. It's more of a foam yet plastic feel that lets you easily keep it clean while not being hard. My daughter hates sitting on the hard plastic or cermaic seats of the larger toilets and prefers the soft cushion of the inserts I purchased, but this is a perfect transition that she instantly sat on and used!And it was delivered within 2 days for Prime during the holidays whoch is awesome and an added benefit! Thanks Amazon!Overall -4.5 stars for me. It is a great product so far and one that I am satisfied to have paid a bit for more.

UPDATE 7/16/2020: Upgrading to 5-stars. I’ve had this over a year and a half now, and it still looks brand new. It’s so easy to clean, the battery on the flush mechanism is still going strong despite my 3 year old’s constant ‘flushing’, and I couldn’t have succeeded in daytime potty training my toddler without it. I’ve gone to friend’s homes who have the older version of this potty, and it’s very obvious that the updated version is superior for toddler use. The new version has a larger and deeper plastic bowl so less splash back lol, and the seat is slightly higher off the ground so it ages with your fast growing kid better and they can sit with their knees at a comfortable angle for longer. I’m not mad about the removable potty seat not fitting on the adult toilet anymore, because I realize she’s going to need one of those that have a ladder or at least handles attached to it anyway because of her petite stature. Buy it! You won’t regret it.OLD REVIEW:I purchased the newer version with the removable grey seat topper. This mini toilet is really great for potty training because it looks just like a regular toilet. My 22 month old daughter understood what it was for right away. She’s already used it a few times without any push from me. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s really easy to clean without any weird hidden grooves. The flushing sound really amuses my daughter as well. The only reason why I took away a star is because the grey topper is useless for us. Does not fit my elongated toilet seat well. It moves around a lot. That extra potty topper was the main reason why I purchased the more expensive newer version, so now I feel like I wasted money. When she’s older, I’ll have to buy another topper for the big toilet. Otherwise, this is a great potty. I recommend it to all my friends.

We put this potty right next to the toilet upstairs in our master bathroom. Every time someone goes to the bathroom my son follows them right in and sits down himself. I'm super happy we bought this toilet - it definitely peaked the interest of our two year old. We just started potty training and it looks like a real toilet. My absolute favorite feature is that the handle makes a flushing sound! So cute and easy to clean. There is also a little storage container in the back that hold wipes. Super cute and a great starter for potty training.

This little potty is wonderful. We were really struggling to get our son to use the big toilet with a seat adapter instead of just accidentally wetting himself during training - having a toilet his own size somehow made it all click for him. He was very excited to have HIS potty when we unboxed it and he loves the flushing feature. Because it mimics a real toilet, he had no more issues using the bigger toilet once he figured the little one out and now uses whichever he feels like (seat adapter or potty).The only complaints I have are that the wipes compartment is tiny and the "lid" where the flushing sound box is located comes off too easily - my silly boy likes to run off with it. 🤦🏻‍♀️On the flip side, it's nice to be able to remove that battery operated section and rinse the potty down in the tub for cleaning. 🤷🏻‍♀️Some people have complained about the splash guard not working well for boys, but it wasn't an issue for us. We just taught him to tuck himself down until he naturally figured out how to lean forward and stuck some puppy pee pads underneath the potty in the meantime.

My daughter loves this little toilet of her own. She loves the flush sound and the little storage compartment for her wipes. The excitement value of having her very own little toilet has really helped with potty training. The formed foam seat insert does seem to make it extra comfortable for her. It's easy to clean and holds quite a lot too. It was a little tricky to put together, but that could just be explained by parental sleep deprivation.

My son didn’t want to potty train on the old style types of potties ! I struggled for weeks with melt downs! Until I bought this a few minutes after we got it he already toke a wee in it and he was so proud ! We call if his toilet , the potty concept throws him off ! Highly recommend getting this for your child save your mental health and your child’s!
