Great for squats
I bought this for dealing with patellar tendinitis in my knee using it for single leg incline squats at 25 degrees. I am 195lbs and the board has held up well and seems well built. I’ve had it for a month will update if needed, seems like a great purchase for the price compared to others.

Works well to stretch calves and achilles
This product will work well to stretch the back of your thighs, calves, and achilles. It has a couple of heights so you can progress. It is a little larger and heavier than I expected as compared to another product I tried (which was more expensive). For the price, this will do the same thing as the more expensive device I tried.

Awkward Angle
I wanted to have a calf stretcher at home - after using one at Physical Therapy offices and gyms I thought this was a good choice. Despite trying all the angles, none feel like a proper stretch. I am returning it, but will have to pay original shipping at well as return shipping. I am better off stretching my calves out on a step than with this.

Perfect way to stretch while taking a break at the office!
This product was exactly what I was looking for! I put the board in the corner of my office and walk over while I am on conference calls or when I need to stand for a break.

Well made, quality product
Bought this for my mother in law and she loves it, it's even nicer than we expected, quality, solid product. Actually better than the professional one at the therapists!

Lowest setting is 15 degrees
It is sturdy and nicely made. It works fine as a decline squat box, but for standing calf stretching the minimum 15 degree angle is too much for early ankle rehab.

Easy stretch and store.
This is exactly what I needed to stretch my calf muscles after a long run. Easy to use and easy to store.
