For years I have tried various sleep headphones at might. I listen to music and audio books that put me right to sleep, but my wife can't stand hearing anything so I've used several different pairs. Some have not lasted long, shorted out or were slightly uncomfortable. NOT these. These are soft, stay on my ears and if I pull the headband over my eyes even block out the light. They are lightweight and just perfect. I got a 2 pack and they have listed way longer than the 3 or 4 different other brands I have tired. The chord is graded so it, doesn't tangle, harder over time or knot like many of the other ones have. Plus they are very inexpensive! Only issues is that their use the old audio connection which is perfect for my old iPhone I use for sleeping but they don't plug into a new type of iPhone.

These aren't high end and didn't expect them to be. But they're great at being exactly what they are - cheap little earphones in a headband. They're fine for sleep apps at night and more comfortable to use than ear buds for a side sleeper (yes, you can still feel them... no, it doesn't keep me up). If you've got a fairly firm pillow I can see where they'd possibly be uncomfortable. The earphones do migrate around the band at night if I toss and turn much, but that can be solved with a few stitches or small safety pin. Hubby has a big noggin and these are a bit of a tight stretch but do okay. Liked them well enough to buy another set.

I don't have a big head but these are too tight and the band really doesn't work well with my ear to forehead angle and I can't position them to wear them adequately, let alone for a decent length of time. Maybe my skull isn't curved enough at the back haha. I just can't get these things to stay over my ears ok without the band feeling uncomfortably tight. Sending them back today.Soundwise they are loud enough and the "speakers" comfortably flat against my ears so I wish I could use these headphones as I'd be able to lie flat and listen to relaxation music without getting an earbud jammed into my ear.

I dont use bluetooth headphones because of safety conserns especially because I do tons of sleep meditations w this. These are outstanding. Still working strong and the cord is strong. Soft for side sleepers and not too tight. Will buy again

I had an expensive pair of sleep phones that I left in a hotel room. I purchased these for another trip. They are not as comfortable as sleep phones.I wear them over ear plugs and listen to podcasts at night. As a side sleeper I found that I could still hear them if I placed them a little above my ears so that they were more comfortable and people in the same hotel room were not disturbed.

Light weight & easy to put each speaker exactly where you want; they stay put even when sleeping because the headband is snug. Would say they’re better sized for a smaller sized adult or teen

Daughter loves them. It is nice to have a spare. She will use them for sleeping almost every night. Decent sound and continues to work well after a month use. Only issue is how the earphone are connected on the band,however, will still buy again for the value. Wish the items will come back in stock soon.

One side of one of the pairs just.. doesn’t work. Kind of annoying considering this set itself apart for the price with the “2 for 1” aspect. No point. It was still just one pair. Not worth returning as gas is high and I don’t wanna order again and wait again.I wouldn’t recommend. Get one of the other pairs for the same price. One good pair is better than 2 ok ones.
