Product good, order wrong
These are very good tools. I use them constantly at work, modifying and upgrading computers. My only complaint is that I was shipped only the pointed spudgers, two identical ones per package (I ordered two packages). Unfortunately, I use the rounded end ones far more often. I wish there was a way to order just those since I'm reluctant now to reorder this item. I don't want to wind up with even more pointy spudgers.Edit: I noticed that these items are "fulfilled by Amazon" and so it's most likely that the issue isn't the fault of the company but rather a picking error by Amazon. The company has been in touch and we hope to rectify the error. I'm impressed with their customer service and am increasing my rating to 5 stars for that.

good quality
It is quite unfortunate I could not get these individually. I needed screw drivers anyways so no problem. Because my laptop was never opened before, the spudgers took quite a lot of damage from all the sliding across the seams and being force inserted into the seams. After all the hassles, the spudgers weren't sharp enough to be inserted into narrow seams but they did succeed in doing their job. They also did not bend or break abruptly while I widened the seams. I am thus quite satisfied with how they worked.

These are the tools you are looking for!
I really can't say enough about these tools, especially because they are so simple and inexpensive. I am always fiddling with laptops and other electronics. Like most, I just used a small screwdriver to pop off a keyboard and it would leave a scratch or two. So, I went looking for something else. When I first read that these were made of nylon, I didn't think they would be strong enough or hold up. Well, I have had them for a few months and they are still going strong. I highly recommend them!

Does not work to lift macbook keys very well.
This tool is fine, but beware that the spudger itself doesn't come to a very fine point, so it's quite hard to use it to lift up a macbook key. You'll have to use two tools together to try to lift it up some. If this tool came to a finer point, it'd be a lot better.

Useful for *safely* upgrading my Mac laptop
These are great for building, upgrading, and working on computers. I used them to upgrade the SSD and RAM in my 2011 13" Macbook Pro. They're particularly useful for *safely* removing SATA cables from SSDs, since if you break a SATA cable on a laptop, you usually need a new motherboard (since the other end is usually soldered into the motherboard). The pointy one would also be good for self defense.

Broke on first use
I decided to replace the battery in my 2013 Moto X (XT1060) because I was not getting anywhere near the battery life I did about 21 months ago when I got the phone. These tools allowed me to separate the back panel from the front, but one of the flat wedges snapped during the first use. I was able to complete the job but now I have a broken tool. If I ever buy something like these again, I may spend a little more on something that won't crack so easily.

handly tools
This plastic pry bar came in useful when I dis-assembling my laptop. I used it to help separate the top and bottom of the case. It also work well to spread around some RTV to fix a broken plastic stand off clip on the same laptop.

Handy tools for computer repairs or upgrades
If you do a lot of computer repairs or upgrades then you must buy these nylon tools. I have used them for many Mac upgrades and I have never shorten anything out with these non-conductive tools. They are great for lifting/removing tiny connectors off circuit boards.
