Personna Heavy Duty Single Edge Blades (100) Number one Brand of Choice by Professional Oven Cleaners

I clean domestic ovens and part of the process involves blading off rock hard carbon. Before I switched to this brand I could go through 2 or 3 blades per oven. Not any more! These really last, hardly ever break and retain a good sharp edge very well. This is the only make I buy now.

I’ve bought other blades and they snap so easily. I use these knives for all sorts… these hold up brilliantly… I’ve not snapped one yet!
