As training in a gym is being more and more popular, we need some small tools to help us make it easier, the disks can protect our hands when doing push-ups or other exercises need our hands to touch the ground.

Great value for the cost. Pretty good resistance. Could spend a bit more for heavier bands but good overall.

The price I paid made me so happy! There were so many sets like this on Amazon but I purchased this one because it came with its own bag and because the price was right. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The quality is also high. I liked that they provide the size and comparison to other bands. The bands are clearly marked their resistance, so that makes it easy mid workout to quickly change and know you have the correct band.

I recommend this purchase for any and every one, 100%. Used the light resist for arm and thigh exercises slowly gravitating to medium and hard resistance bands but they are all great quality, sturdy rubber and don’t feel like I can easily snap them. Also, for me the core sliders, I’m sure it’s perfect for carpets. Easy to clean plastic side the touches the floor.

I am very pleased with the design and high quality of the product. Love how the resistance bands are labeled, and the core sliders are great! Working out with these core sliders directly in my living room and surprisingly I used them on the carpet or hardwood and worked perfectly well on each surface without scratching it. The price is really so appreciable.

This is a nice portable workout band set. I place them under my feet and skate from area to area in our carpeted house dusting and doing other random chores. You'd be surprised at how much of a workout that is! And I love that it had a carrying bag to keep everything together. Love the resistance variety. Helpful for beginners. Will try a heavier one in the future.

My son like these. These sliders and they are wonderful. These have honestly transformed home workout routine.
