I am 5'2 and went off the Weight, section, on the Size chart, and if fit perfectly (firm). It is made of quality material, and in case you can't tell, the front is longer than the back unlike some waist trainers that are the same length all around. The hooks are sturdy and won't bend out of shape; you won't be disappointed!

Fits nicely for waist training, however I mainly use it do to help with my flared ribs. I don't expect it to make a drastic change so for me it works as I expected. I sized down a size and fit perfectly snug but not painful.

Medium fits me on the last hook. I'm 5'6 and weigh 160. My waist and hips somewhat wide but I have very minimal tummy fat but it is still struggle to close it.

This is the first waist trainer I have ever purchased! Even though it was a bit too small for me, I could tell that it is very good quality! I could get the waist to hook less than half way but the most part is that it is comfortable and I feel no pain at all! It's firm and have good support. I will be getting another in a bigger size to have a better start but overall, this waist trainer is amazing! No pain, no discomfort, and the quality is great! I highly recommend this!

I am 190 lbs and about 5'6, I ordered a Medium and it did what its suppose to do. It was tight, but thats the point! As with every other of these kind, wish they were a bit longer, but for a waist this will do the job. The quality is great and comfortable.

A lil loose based on the size charting so returned and will buy a new one in my right size. It is comfortable and great quality though!
