It is a Christmas Gift for a Senior Agriculture Major. All he talks about is starting his own Greenhouse, plant organic plants and sell direct to customers. I can hardly wait for him to enjoy this wonderful book of knowledge on just this topic.

The way this book is written makes it easy to understand basic concepts and principles for understanding everything one needs to know about operating a commercial greenhouse. Lots of useful information about soil chemistry, nutrition and plant propagation. A must for every horticulturist's library.

I recommend reading this book if you’re truly interested in using text books on horticulture, gardening, soil, commercial productivity, botany, small business enterprise, and container gardening productivity in commercial nursery procedures.

I have been in some facet of horticulture my entire life and this still a good reference for from time to time no matter how old

This is useful for a high school horticulture class. Lots of information including cultivar color selections. Has self quizzes, Is not a commercial handbook of operations.
