Great Massage Tool
A coworker told me about this and I immediately came here and bought it. I often have a sore neck, back and shoulders and this really helps. I use it almost every single day and I even travel with it and it has held up very well. I can’t believe it took this long to figure out something like this even existed! I can work out the knots in my back on my own with little effort! This is such a simple tool yet so effective! It was worth every penny!

It works!!!
The back knobber gets in to that small area that needs some pressure. I use it on my shoulders, traps and lower back and it works great! I can move again. It is a great value for the price. The hard plastic is not going to break easily and the rounded knobs get in without hurting. Also, it comes in 2 pieces and you clip it together, so it's easy to take apart and use when you travel as well.

Better than NJoy Wand
It works for prostate, magnificently! You will need to sand down the tool marks/mold lines to save your skin tissue. 600 grit, then progressively finer is what I did. Clean it well after use, because the sanding makes small crevices for bacteria. It's bulbs are about the same sizes as the two offered by the Njoy wand (metal). I use it, in the disassembled state, and just the smaller end. Gives much better leverage than the NJoy. The handle gives plenty of leverage, and room for other motions going on. It can also be easily used in many positions, where the njoy can't, easily. Also, the Njoy is laser etched, such that the etching is right on your sphincter when you get to the right spot.... so, always buy the off-brand NJoy (no etching, and hella cheaper). If you have back pain, this does work as a good back massager for when there's no-one to do the job for you.Enjoy your new toy!

Finally, something for my back knots!
Bottom line: This cleverly designed device WORKS! I see a licensed massage therapist on a regular basis, but my stress at work & from the computer continues to knot my muscles up at a faster rate than my massage therapist can get rid of them. The only way my sinuses drain is when my knots get worked on, so I am only "clear" after a massage & for about a week later. Now, I finally can have clear sinuses every day! I have been using this daily since it arrived in the mail last week and my sinuses are clear! If you are on the border of whether or not to purchase this, cause if you are like me, you think the price of $30 for a molded piece of plastic is too high, which it is, but with all the positive reviews (and I am so glad people took the time to review since that is what helped me make the decision to buy it)I figured sinus relief for a one time shot of $30 has got to be worth it. This device is more incredible than I ever imagained. I am in my mid forties and have been suffering from back knots for about 5 years..I wish I had known about this a long time ago. It allows you to be in complete control, you use whatever pressure you want and work out any area you want. One end has a larger opening than the other, so it allows you to work further down your back. The shorter S end allows you to easily work your upper back. This device is so easy to use either sitting or laying down. I am very glad I purchased this and have shown others...now they want to buy one too!

Useful Tool but the knobs are too hard
Great overall product, just WISH that the company had a tight rubber cover for the knob ends for better grab and more giving use in some of the delicate areas such as the mid, upper back paraspinal muscles and neck trigger points to make it an even better product. Hard Plastic is Hard Plastic and has no give. Overall this has been an important product for some of the back pain patients to help give them more self control over their back issues to help keep them out of the office. I like the ergonomic design which makes it easier to use than its main competitor out there.

Self relief
I have had back problems for over 40 years. I have had 2 back surgeries in the past 3 years. While going through my most recent round of physical therapy I discovered the Backnobber. I tried it at the facility and immediately went home to find and buy one. In the past I would have to roll on a tennis ball on the floor to relieve the pressure points that would occur(something I learned years ago from one of my chiropractors). It wasn't the easiest thing to do, especially right after surgery. Getting down was not to bad, but getting back up was a bit more difficult. Although that method worked OK, the Backnobber is a superior piece of equipment. Very simple in design but most effective. It is sturdily built yet you can take it apart for easy of packing when you travel. I never go on a trip without it. Because of it's design you can pin point the problem areas and apply as much or little pressure as it takes to relieve the muscle knots. With the ball on the floor routine, it was not always as effective as you would want. You would always be moving around (using your muscles) that you wanted to relax to get the ball to the point you wanted it. With Backnobber you can comfortably sit and apply pin point pressure, without contorting yourself which is kind of counter productive.

Works just as well as metal version
I was very skeptical and debated buying this for a long time. I had the original metal version with the wooden balls on either end. But this works just as well. I like that it's light weight and it comes apart for traveling. If you have knots that you can't reach in the top of your shoulders, don't hesitate. It really does help, I can feel the tension draining after just a quick massage with this. And you can do it yourself, you don't have to have anyone help you which is nice.

This thing is a neck and back knot annihilator! Bought extras as gifts, and family loves em!
I had a friend that had one of these for years. I was always using it when I went to their house, so finally decided to get one for my own. It's great for getting rid of the sharp shoulder knots I experience when looking at a computer screen for an extended time. I keep it by my desk. These knots simply burn and sear, and this knobber helps dissipate those pains most effectively. I bought extras for the old men in the family 60/70 years of age, and they rave about them...and they're crotchity old men! So it's hard for them to admit when something actually works...but they love this thing. 10/10 would recommend!
