This printer is amazing, once you get the correct ink loaded. We spent hours adjusting the color rations trying to get the colors correct. I reached out to Mobile Deals and they were great. They sent me a new printer. While waiting for the printer to arrive I purchased new and DIFFERENT ink than the stuff that came in the bundle. Got it before the new printer, swapped it out and you can see the results. With the right ink you can pretty much to anything. These images were not color corrected and there was not tweaking necessary to get them to come out this vibrant. I am in love with this printer.

I was shocked to learn, directly from Canon, that using this product for printing sugar sheets and using food safe dyes completely voids the warrantee. The seller indicates there is a 1 year manufacture warrantee. This is false advertising. The Canon representative said they receive at least 6 calls a month about the failure of the product by buyers who use the food safe dye cartridges. He also stated the product is not food safe. The sugar in the dyes clogs up the sprayer nozzles and can not be properly cleaned.

Buying this printer set me free of buying sugar sheets from others. I love it

I love my edible image printer. It was difficult for me to set up as i am not real tech savvy. Once i got it all set up I had some issues with the ink colors not coming in properly but just when i thought I might be out $160 the colors started coming in as they should. I love my printer and can't wait to make more cakes with edible images!

Love this entire system. However, I personally don't use the wafer sheets but buy the icing sheets. It is super easy to use. I use it 1-2 times a week and have not had to buy more ink for it yet.

Item was delivered on time and undamaged. Was a little difficult to install but overall a good product.

Printer works well, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is every piece of wafer paper has a tare in it.
