The founder at the time had a small coffee shop and decided that he wanted the sole creation of his coffees served to his customers, to be produced with his artful hands. He bought a small 10 pound roaster and in the middle of the night when the family was sleeping, he would begin to create. Great Coffee and a great Taste
I used to live in Seattle and hit one of the urban city drive thru's every day on the way to work. It was love at 1st drink and I ended up getting 2 or 3 Americano's a day and once in awhile a mocha. This coffee is a Med Blend roast, so if you like light or dark roasts move along.I use it at home in my full automatic espresso machine and it tastes great. So if your looking for something different then Starbucks burnt flavor or a acid flavored Peats, give this a shot.Happy grinding :)
