Urban City Coffee Urban Espresso Whole Bean, 80-Ounce Bags

The media could not be loaded.  WOW! This coffee makes a lot of crema. It is delicious, bitter but not too much and has a good balance of flavors. It is very good in milk but also as an espresso. We tried several brands and these are the first beans that make such a great crema (take a look at the video). The crema stays for a long time and it comes down also when you make an american coffee or when you mix it with milk.We love the size of the bag, the fact that is fair trade and that we are supporting this local company in Seattle.We have a De Longhi coffee machine that grind its own beans, so I don't know how these beans would be when a regular mocha is used. The same machine, doesn't make much foam at all with all the other beans we've tried so far (from Italy, from Africa, from Brazil...). We are very impressed and we'll stick to this coffee!
